  1. I miss Taft Broadcasting.
  2. Big hugs Maureen. I wish you well in your new direction. You will be missed.
  3. WOW! Thank you for posting this!
  4. Here's a tiny video I shot while riding The Beast with my buddy Pete last June. We rode it right at dusk so it's a bit dark. I'm in the white Vote for Pedro shirt and we were in the front car.
  5. Wow, I just watched it. Greg sneaking around in that Hair Bear costume. You know, until I watched that I never realized it was so easy to bribe a Kings Island employee. If only I would have known that back in the mid-80's when I saw that hot blond working the game tent!
  6. Yep Part 1 is now gone too This video has been removed due to terms of use violation. although part 2 still exists (It has a lot of the park footage in it). Run, don't walk if you want to see part 2 before they take it down.
  7. Awesome. Thank you for sharing.
  8. This is the only photo I know of
  9. I don't currently own any KI memorbilia other than a ride photo or two, but when I was a kid, back in 1979, I remember having this four inch metal replica of the tower I bought as we walked out of the park at midnight. I loved that thing. It was always a reminder of the fun and time shared with family and people dressed up as Scooby Doo and Fred Flintstone. I'm not sure what ever happened to that model, but as a child I loved it, it was like I took a little piece of the park home and back then I didn't get to visit as often as I can now as an adult, so it made those memories that much more special.
  10. GREAT GOOGALIE-MOOGALIE!
  11. No Loop?! They're Neutering the Son of Beast!! He'll never reproduce!
  12. I just put 5 tickets up and started it at .99 cents. We can't go and I must sell them, I think they've been bid up to 9.99 a ticket now, but you might keep your eyes on this auction since there is no reserve.

I have attended FearFest for the last two years, and both times on the last day of operation for FearFest. Both times the crowds are very light during the day, we pretty much walked right onto The Beast multiple times, but around 3ish people really start filling the park in. The first year most lines were 2-3 hour waits for the scary stuff, and we didn't do any. Last year I only did the Sleepy Hollow train thing (WHICH ROCKED!) I'll be going again in a few weeks, but I'm probably not going to do the last week and see if the crowds the week before is any lighter.
