  1. The new map has 10,000x more bushes then the current summer map lol
  2. I noticed the same thing, I actually rode it 4 times.. in the back. It wasn't rough at all... but then again I'm use to The Beast.
  3. The "Beast" creature has actually been there all 2011 season, its off in the woods you just have to know where to look when you ride. So I'd assume it will be back
  4. I went to IB for the first time on Sunday. You could def. tell the rides employees had something on there minds as they did there jobs slow on purpose. Most noticeably at Hurricane where they would check the bars in slow motion each train. The games and food employees were cheerful and friendly. Just something I'd add.
  5. Do you think it increases capacity? It certainly has the possibility to, as you can fill every row and the possibility of pairing odd groups together such as two groups of 3 can ride in 3 rows rather then 4 rows. The big advantage of this is it keeps the heat of the station down and the air can move in the station. That station gets verrrry hot in the summer with a full station against the gates.
  6. Alright settle down all you ....... people At Beast this is what they do, what they call "pulsing the station" this is done by letting one trains worth of people into the station by simply saying "Please choose any empty row" cutting the line when there is about 4 empty rows left. Then asking the next people in line to go to these rows if they want the next train. Please don't get it in your mind that Beast is doing what Diamondback use to do by assigning numbered rows, as this is not the case. Having a separator is beneficial to the guests as it makes it simple to get there group on the same train without having to line up. The process is still somewhat new, give it a week or two to perfect it. Any questions feel free to ask.
  7. @EastCoasterGeneral If you don't mind me asking, who/what is the process you went through beforehand? If you don't feel comfortable saying here could you please personal message me. Thanks TOPGUN1993 6 months ago @EastCoasterGeneral So that means it's "ok" to ignore the signs and rules about no cameras while riding? would you ever so kindly explain that to me TOPGUN1993 6 months ago @TOPGUN1993 What are you talking about? Of course it's not ok to ignore signs or park rules & regulations. That's why we always ask permission to film beforehand. And I say we because I'm not the only member of Coasterforce management team who does this type of thing. EastCoasterGeneral 6 months ago @TOPGUN1993 Glad you think I'm so funny. Check out the Coasterforce youtube channel for more "laughs". EastCoasterGeneral 6 months ago @TOPGUN1993 I work for Coasterforce & have filmed over 500 coasters. You might want to check out the Coasterforce youtube channel to see how "real" it is. EastCoasterGeneral 6 months ago @EastCoasterGeneral Who exactly would I need to speak with to get permission to record my own On-Ride video of The Beast? It is my ALL TIME favorite ride and would love to have a video of my own! Tycoonrebel71 6 months ago @Tycoonrebel71 They won't let you film on any rides for yourself, no matter who you ask. If you work for a media outlet that can help promote the park, like I do, you would know who to contact. EastCoasterGeneral 6 months ago Those are my youtube comments on a certain wooden roller coaster video.... I still don't buy the fact he "has" permission.

  9. Kings Island doesn't pull the crazy 1 train crap Six Flags Magic Mountain does. Don't worry about that. Beast will always have 3 trains unless it is a very very very dead weekday early in the season and then it might have 2.
  10. I think Beast would greatly benefit with a few more station fans, esp over the que gates similar to Vortex and Racer.
  11. The park seems more peaceful with out Vortex. As much as I love that ride its the truth its quite nice.
  12. They went last season and rode Diamondback multiple times. lol
  13. We rode Raging Bull first then went on American Eagle Red, we all agreed at the end of the day American Eagle Red was the best ride in the park. We even rode it twice even though we hadn't rode all the other coasters. (V2 etc)
  14. Myself and two other friends went Aug 4th 2010. We left at 2:30am and got home at 2am.... yeah don't make sfgam a 1 day trip. The weather wasn't sunny however the crowds still came. We waited 1hour for Ragin Bull, Demon, Dark Knight, Batman. 45min for Viper and Superman (there crew was amazing not stacking trains) we had them a good GR 30min for each of the 2 Log Flumes, Giant Drop, American Eagle and Whizzer at night

  17. You mean the right turn out of the brake shed and the right turn out of tunnel 2.
  18. Hershey is rumored to be getting a B&M Hyper but it does seem kinda early. http://keystonethrills.megabb.com/t157p950-attraction-2012-rumor-and-news-discussion http://keystonethrills.wordpress.com/ (A Hersheypark Fanboys rendering)
  19. I'm fairly certain they walk the tracks each morning to check for tree limbs and the track structure.
  20. A guest stopped me by Rivertown Junction asking "How do I get to the Beach waterpark from here?"
  21. When me and my friend visited Universal Studios and Disney World for a week. We kept a small piece of paper to write down the names of employees who went out of there way. And stopped by Guest Relations on our way out each night. We had around 5 people per day. We knew it would make there day, and it was kinda fun looking for them.
