As we left SFKK for Holiday World. As we were passing Twisted Twins there was a Pilgrims Plunge billboard across the street from the coaster.

First ride I thought of was Mindbender at SFOG. or Hersheyparks Coal Cracker

There from Jetsons Jet orbit or back in the day called "Flintstone Flyboys, and in the 70z called Kikky Kangaroo. This was one of the few rides removed in 2005. It was forsale but no buyers

With in the past 2 years they have fixed the "Evil Stone God" at the top of the ride. So that he dumps "hot coals" on riders, along with cutting a hole at the top of the tunnel so Sunlight shines in making the guy at the top lite up even if a light burns out. The "you will pay" spiel inside the tunnel wasn't working until halfway through the season. and IMO AE has the best Finale

Same reason many rides have them. To check height and sometimes test seats.

I just happen to have a photo from Aug 12th (shocking I know) Notice the New wooden fence and the removal of the chain link fence. With in the past 3 years alot of chain link fencing in Action Zone has been removed, and looks great.

It's funny how most of you think rides that arn't coasters are crap. A ride doesn't have to be thrilling to fun. I absolutely Love Daredevil falls (Dollywood), Coal Cracker (Hersheypark), Frightful Falls (Holiday world) and Wild Thornberrys River Adventure at Kings Island. People don't give flumes the credit they deserve. I can't wait to ride Shoot the Rapids! Great Addition Cedar Point!

Carowinds Dani Swords said on Clint Novaks podcast "In the Loop" That the scooby gang will be leaving this season. And they asked what would happen to the dark ride and she said "yeah it will be rethemed too"

So Viking Fury, Carousel, and Dodgem remain closed?

The haunt 2009 map has the Slaughter House logo over top Stuntcrew Grill.

Maybe just the "scooby merch" will leave and the ride will stay intact because of the "sally" deal which possibly doesn't include the sale of merchandise?
