I really do not understand why there are so many people that are against this attraction. I believe that this is a great addition to our (Families, Roller Coaster Gods, Enthusiasts, Wildlife, or whatever else I can't think of) wonderful Kings Island. Don't forget before last Friday we only knew of WindSeeker and now we have both that and Dino Alive. I'll also add that I was already pretty pumped for WindSeeker and think it will be ALOT better then others think. I know I will be there opening day and try to be one of the first in line for WindSeeker and I will also try to be the first for Dino Alive. I know that when I first saw the upcharge fee I was kinda in shock but after a few days it sounds extremely reasonable due to the upkeep of such an attraction. Remember with most of the upcharge attractions Kings Island does offer a special before noon, so I hope it continues with this. I also have get a big A+ to Don and Kings Island for the teaser page; all of us were completely lost and it brought some fun to the Off Season. I think I posted on the main topic on page 10 on the 11th and it is currently on page 98 (wow is really all that I can think but at least it was nice reading material). Also remember one thing that this proves is that Kings Island DOES read this board. I know that certain users on this board will not think the same way I do but maybe this will help a little. I also can promise that a user with a similar name as mine and I are not playing Good Cop/Bad Cop as I do not know them or really don't know if I would want to. Just some thoughts of a long time lurker and theme park enthusiast.

Yeah I would have to agree with that one. Such a great ride. I also remember that it had the round about type thing (not for sure what this really is called) for the loading platform like White Water Canyon has.

Did anyone else notice that changed The Beast queue? They took out the split up the ramp. But when they replaced the wooden boards it looks like they just got them a few days ago as they are not stained or anything. Also right after the vending machines instead of having to walk to the left now you turn right saves a few minutes of walking.

WHAT? granted, i did go by early on in the day, but it wasnt open when i stopped by... i did notice nothing had changed around it but that really upsets me. Im hoping that what guest services told me was true, but i would doubt it if they were playing spongebob today..... While I was on The Racer I noticed some Kings Island Staff working on the sign where you pick which movie you were going to see. Not really for sure if that means anything but they did have a ladder and it seemed like they were doing something with it. Also I did see people in line so it seemed to be open I think that was around 12:30.

The Character Carousel has no characters displayed upon it. However, I did not ride it, so I cannot say whether this ride, nonetheless, has character. Yeah I saw that as well. I thought it was odd that its called the "Character" Carousel, but all I saw were horses.

I noticed that in the stations for all coasters there are yellow lines that the rides ops have to stay behind.

I will also agree, this event was awesome. Everything from the ERT's to the different clubs interacting, to the presentation in the Kings Island Theater. My brother and I had an amazing time and we also got to do so many rides on not just the coasters (which we def had plenty of) but also some of the other rides in the park as well. I def cant wait for another event like this. Also as the others have said, THANKS to all of the Kings Island Staff for putting on this event.

Yeah I would guess so. The way I get in certainly interesting, actually I just remembered once I finally get in the seat I have to get my legs as low as I can, then i have to kinda force the bar over my legs, trust me there has been times where I have wondered if I would fit. Yeah the only rides at Kings Island I cant ride is Rugrats and Delirium, which sucks cause it looks a lot of fun.

Yeah I know from experience what you mean by it being a tight fit. I am 6'7 and I have problems fitting also, the way I try to solve this is to try to sit in the front of the cars, they seem to have the most room. Then it takes and interesting maneuver to get myself into the seat, don't ask me how I do it I'm sure that it looks interesting. Also I really cant wait till Son of Beast gets its new trains for hopefully more spacing and no knee banging on that metal bar.
