Solid Snake

I don't know if this is funny or stupid but last year, some friends and I went up to PKI. We were in Action Zone and one of my friends was thirsty so we went up to the bar (in between the go carts and where KK was) and we eached asked for a water. Well there was a lady nexst to me and she asked for like six waters. The person who was waiting on her got her the six waters and the lady went on her way. Well after the lady left the girl who waited on her started complaining about how many waters she had to serve today. I couldn't help it... I had to say something so I did. I told her that that is her job and she signed up to do so and she shouldn't complain. Next thing I know the girl waiting on me stopped filling my water and wouldn't give one to me and she started going on this big spew... I actually think she was trying to be flirty but they weren't hott so I wasn't about to play a long. I wanted my water. So in attempt to get it I told them that if they didn't give me the water I would tell my uncle Jeff and they would be fired. They were like Jeff who? And I told them Jeff Siebert. And they gave me my water right a way. LOL! That man isn't my uncle... heck I can't even spell his name but I got my water... good times.

That is cool that his birthday and PKI's are on the same day. Fate?

I would like to see a B&M Flyer or B&M Inverted.

No one is bashing the ride and if they are who are you to say the can't? People are aloud to have opinions. I cannot believe how often people on these coaster forums try to play God and tell people why they should love this ride or why they should love the park and why they shouldn't hate this or that. Leave the people be.

That isn't diverse. That is inconsistency and who said the whole park has to be themed to just one thing? I didn't say that. WTF! Why in the hell do you single me out? Why do you call me short sighted for disagreeing? You wouldn't know what direction is right or wrong. Spongebob is a hit. Not just for the kids but teenagers to. More so than Scooby Doo and Rugrats.

So what. Make restaurant haveing to do something with Scooby-Doo or Tomb Raider. That would seem, to me, to be a big step in the right direction. I just don't get it.

I saw chipped paint/ worn paint while standing in line for Tomb Raider last year, and the ride wasn't even a year old. So, what does that say? About the whole themeing. I would love to see it happen but like I said it won't but if it is starting to happen then they are going about it all wrong. I keep hearing about this "Bubba Gump [shrimp, I assume]" place. If you are starting to build up and theme your park, why in the blue heck would you add "Bubba Gump Shrimp?" Nothing in the whole park has anything to do with such a thing. It just makes no sense. If ran PKI I would do what has all ready been mintioned. Put a eating area for the kids, in what better place than where the kids are. HBL. Thoughts?

Because it is to much to fast. That kind of stuff takes time and build up. Look it, King's Island won't even give us a roller coaster every other year so what makes you think they are gonna revamp the whole park in one?

As much as I would love for it to happen, it would never happen.

Whoa dude, lets chill out here. He just asked a simple question. He wants to know if that ride is going to be open. That is great because it is an attraction. It attracts the people and apparently it is attracting him to come to the park. Why would you want to go to a park when your favorite ride isn't going to be open? It is pointless. Am I off topic, yes, but I don't see what the matter is because this is a PKI board and we are discussing PKI. Are we not?

Hey, I would eat there. Festhaus is so boring and abandoned. I remember when I went there when I was younger, there would be mass people there and they would actually play movies to were you could hear and enjoy them. Now it is kinda lame, you get your food, sit down, eat in this abandoned place and leave. Not a vary friendly atmostphere.

Rivertown's atmosphere is nice. Much better than Action Zone's in my opinion. I think I only like Action Zone because that is were the rides I like are. I think Action Zone would be better if there wasn't a giant gap in the middle. I think that big "hole" should be filled with something.

Speaking of rights. I'm sorry ninja but I have to ask this. Did anyone else see on the Universal commercial a picture of Sponge Bob? I thought that was Nick's and Nick's only?

The Beast, that ride shows no mercy.

Action Zone.

I'm not saying that they have nothing in common but they have vary little. I think tunnels on the helixes would add some excitement to SOB and also tie the two rides together. "The Title: AE: New worst coaster at PKI" Face/Off. I pick Face/Off over Top Gun because it seems like now a days you have to wait forever to ride this ride and when you do ride it, it provides little excitement. Where as Top Gun you don't have to wait at all.

I hate to admit this, and my friends would kill me if they saw me saying this, but if I had to choose between a coaster or some themeing/re-themeing... I would choose themeing/re-themeing. PKI, is a gold mine, as some of you say (I however, don't see it), and I think they could increase the attendance, increase the atmosphere if the just add some themeing or re-theme their rides and keep up with it. FoF, great roller coaster but the video is old and played out. If they got a new video it would add so much to the ride. AE, like some of you have said, it is a great ride. One of my favorites at PKI but it could be so much more. Add some fog, plants, lights, and you got yourself a new ride almost. Son of Beast, why is it called that? I really don't know. It has very little elements The Beast has and the only things that make The Beast great are not on Son of Beast. I say add some tunnels and if not that then add some dang on tree's. If I didn't know the name of Son of Beast I would think it was called something else and not the son of The Beast because, like I said, none of the same elements are used.

"So, why is it that KI can't keep up with the themeing on rides. AE used to be so cool with the arrows shooting in the one tunnel. Hopefully this (or something better) is coming soon." They had arrows?! Man, that would be neat to see. It saddens me to hear what you guys say about the themeing. Even if the themeing wasn't at it's best these last two years, I still loved that ride and it is a shame that they are taking away elements of the ride and not adding. Oh, and may I ask where the tunnel might be going?
