I'd probably have to go with a tie between Scooby and TR:TR. Although AE has some decent theming to it as well.
  2. I am curious about this as well. I'm planning on going on Sunday, but I need to know how early it'll be necessary for me to be there in order to ride IJ:ST. I don't mind waiting in line if I have to.
  3. Texas is also twice if not three times as large as Ohio.
  4. Another part of the problem with Paramount Parks vs. Disney is that all the Paramount Parks are seasonal. This means a few things: 1. The have only half as much time each year to generate revenue 2. They have to be very conscious about how the winter weather is going to effect theming. I just don't think a seasonal park will ever be able to come close to a Disney type experience because of these two problems. I think even Disney itself would have trouble equaling it's other theme parks if they owned a seasonal park.
  5. Changing FOF to MTV Soundwave would throw that off. I honestly don't see that happening
  6. The problem with putting IJ:ST near FOF is the fact that it would not fit with the theming of the area. PKI has a perfect area to put in a Sci-Fi themed section of the park, and the inclusion of IJ:ST would throw that off.
  7. Could you do it during sometime when there aren't people there, like during the IJ:ST tour?
  8. You ride both, neither are coasters, so they're both flats.
  9. It'd be cool but it'd probably be hard to implement.
  10. I'm just going to say one more thing about this quote. Until CP gets even a children's area that's not total crap it will never beat PKI in each and every aspect. Now I think that both places are great parks, but they both have their strengths and weaknesses. As someone already said CP is the place to go for coasters. PKI is the place to go for a more well rounded experience, and it's probably the closest we'll get to a Orlando style amusement park in this area. I don't think it needs to be one vs the other. They both compliment each other well and really pull from different demographics. In fact I'd say that PKI's main competitor is probably Six flags Kentucky Kingdom not CP.
  11. So this is basically TTD with a bunny hill? Am I the only one not impressed with these one trick ponies. I mean sure they're fun to ride once or twice but I'd rather have a slower and shorter coaster with more ride elements. Maybe it's just me.
  12. I never even understood how exactly it worked. Maybe if it was explained in a pinned post or something it might work a little bit better, but as it was I don't know if anyone knew what was going on, or it could've just been me. From "TOS and Warning Sytem" pinned in the regular PKI discussion forum: Oh I guess I should look around a little before I talk out my @$$. Oh well just ignore as I hide in the corner.

  14. You talking about the thing at the very end of the survey? I wondered that too.
