I want to know if the lapbar was stuck or if it was the ride being rough. Whenever we have a child cry we try our hardest to satisfy the child or the parent. If you think The Racer is rough than its not our problem. People got to remember that you ride at your own risk. Our mateience guys are out there every day trying everything work perfect on that ride. Going to guest relations aren't going to make The Racer smoother. All the complaints get blamed on us, and not on the people how actually fix the ride. So basically we get blamed for something we can't control.

Over at Racer the thing thats heard constantly is "Ladies and Gentlemen for the saftey of you as well as the saftey of those around you, we ask that you don't bite, naw, or chew on the orange lapbars, thank you."
I can't stand line smokers one bit. Over at Monster the line is right by the drive box, and when people start lighting up it just gets to me. Just the other day there was a girl behind me coughing like no other and I asked her what was wrong. She said someone was smoking and the guy next to her was smoking a cigar in line. Usually I ask people polietly to put it out but this year its really getting on my nerves. People just don't think when they get into a line, they have to realize that a lot of people hate the smell of cigarette smoke.
For some reason when I drive at Monster I have this sense that could smell smoke before a guest gets into line. Probably because when I drive Monster I crave it so bad and I get jealous.
When I was working at Vortex last year I was hieght checking a kid and he was about 3 inches too short. I told his father that he was too short to ride and that we were sorry for the inconvience. The childs father said they rode the day before and I didn't know what I was doing. At that time it was preseason and we were closed during the week. I told him that we were closed they day before, and all he did was complain the whole way out the exit.
If your talking on how many seats work and not break, then its A side thats better. Last year Side B sucked on how many seats actually worked. We would tie off three or five seats tied off a day. But it was probably because of the show was rough on the seats (according to the sounds guys). But this year its defintely B side with the return of DOT.
Come to Racer and I will tell you a great story about "Secrets" of the Lost Temple. But I loved Bond the best. I think they rid of Spongebob, and them horrible 3D glasses and put DOT and Bond together at Action Theater.
