I agree, the CP railroad is a pretty neat ride and is very useful. I wish that CF would bring back that western feel of the railroad.

I was just wondering if it lived up to everyone's expectations. I'm heading up to CP in a couple of weeks and I am starting to get really excited and I just wanted to hear your opiniors on their new coaster.

Okay thanks, I was really hoping this was true. I'm was wanting to head up there thursday or friday if the tickets were at that price. If anyone else has any info about this I would greatly appreciate it.

I saw a commercial yesterday for KI and it said that for a limited time tickets were on sale for $19.99. I have searched online for any follow-up to this and cannot find a thing that talks about it. I was wondering if there is any truth to this or not.

I would really like to see an Intamin like Millenium Force that uses the terrain back behind Firehawk and FOF. I think that the ride could use a tall lift but unlike Millenium there would be more low to the ground maneuvers along with the airtime hills. IMO The Beast is most popular because of its natural setting and its using the layout of the land. (The fact that it is the longest wooden coaster in the world also helps ) I believe that if they could recreate this style of coaster it would be a great ride and would be that signature ride that is so important in today's amusement park .

I think that the only true section that needs to be completely redone is Action Zone. This area, in my opinion, was designed to be a thrill ride area, but doesn't practically the entire park revolve around the thrill rides? I just hope they find a way to tie in Congo Falls into Top Gun. Other than that, i hope that they just revamp the scenery in all of the other areas. Adding Foliage and maintaing the park is key to this restoration. I hope CF will review the history of the King's Island and take this into account when, hopefully, restoring the theming. What CF must remember is that the guests to King's Island know it as the park that they visited as children (which for me wasn't that long ago but I do believe it was better then than it is now) and that if they can restore the park to its prior grandeur and fill in the park with high quality rides they can make KI a great park that people will frequent because of its family friendly atmosphere AND its innovative, thrilling rides

I know I might be alone with this opinion but I thought these cats were pretty funny. I actually enjoyed some of the spots on QTV. They provided a little bit of fun during the longer waits of the summer months.
