Actually, that's my off day, and I;ll be going up there to get a ride. So count me in.

Oh, for those who were wondering, my friend who works in the electronics department told me that the reason for SOB's week closing was lightning. It got hit and the lift hill and brakes went WACK! So, for those who thirst for knowledge, there ya go. -Zach

**UPDATE** I got work from someone in high rankings that TR:TR's "mega board" (the computer that operates the ride) is meeeesssssed up. So they are taking it out and trying to fix it or getting another one. It should be closed for the next couple days. -Zach

What if I RSVP'd, but didn't order tickets yet?

Yup, today was a HECKTIC day! The winds were so strong, it blew over FOUR EuroBungee pads! Three are crushed and one flew like a frisbee about alllll the way about 10 from The Racer! I had to help dis-assemble them. It sucked. But yea, I was at 3 Point untill 12:30, then Speed Pitch/Arcade from 2:30-6. With EuroBungee mixed in. Don't expect it to open for a while! -Zach

I've sat in the front row of the last car and had great rides both times. Sure the helix sucks, but you still get some good air on the first drop. I'm too scared to ride anywhere else!!!!

Use a better thread title. Yea, this has already been happening to every other ride in the park. (Except for DZ, Delirium, F/O)

^^And you are bumping it back up! As someone stated before, it would be fine if none of the voiceovers were there, but it's really confusing without the music! I mean, you go up to the goddess thing and it blinks lights over it....DIDNT SHOW FIRE OR ICE LIGHT UP! And then you flip up to Ice while people's screams echo. Okay...it's a dim lit...are those icicles? Up, woah....we are flipping again, no sound of icicles breaking. Woah, we turn up facing into....water? Oh, some water with change in it....ouch, my crotch hurts ....stop it......okay, now we are flipping once again...a slow flip...and we stopped.....oh, now some music plays as we exit. You don't even go back up to the goddess to be sent to the fire stuff. The ride sucks without it. I never really complained about my you-know-whats hurting, but that new transition into the hang over lava killed me. -sigh-

Aren't there already 10000000 threads on this? Anywho, TR:TR makeover is very likely. Other than that, no clue. It's too early in the season to say anything. If anything HUGE was happening, it would begin soon. And big things require years of previous planning, people. Remember, Maverick was thought up after Dragster in 2003.

^Very true, that's a likely cause. One more strike against SoB and I think we could see some big changes. PKIVortex - Aw man, you should have said something! Where were you?

^Usually, there are 5 people working. One person running the clock/talking on the mic. One person taking money and making a line.....\ Equals a fun job and quick line flow! Three people (at each rack) collecting balls......./ Now, it's: One person stuggling to talk on the mic, keep score, and help collect balls. One person trying to take money and collect balls with a LARGE amount of money around their waist. One person trying to collect balls on each rack in a rapid pace. ^^^^^ Equals hell.

So yup, I went to KI yesterday. SoB was open.....about a 15 minute wait, so I thought what the hell. Well, I was about 3 trains away from getting on when they announced a small delay. So they kept running the trains to get everyone off the ride, then ran a few empty cycles before stopping the blue train on the transfer track, and then moving it onto a storage track. The process was kinda cool, but a one train op for a 3 1/2 min-4 min ride SUCKS. So my ride on SoB was.........GOOD! Even though the first helix felt like I was in an earthquake, it was kinda fun :?r . BUT that's not best part. Once again, there was AIRTIME! GREAT airtime on the first drop, it's a big hill, folks! A little floater coming down the drop into the first helix, and then again coming down into where the loop was....and finally a little diving down and back up into the brakes. It was a good ride! If it hadn't had such a long wait, I would have got back in line! :b The only bad part is how loud the darn lift hill is, really, I felt like I was on Face/Off for a minute :x I got a ride on Firehawk and they were assigning seats today...hadn't had that happen before, but I got the front seat! FRONT IS BEST! Really cool feeling on the loop! Two rides on The Beast in the........Back Seat!!! I used to be terrified of this seat, but now, it's smooth! And there was even some wana be floater airtime! Oh yea, they put lights in the first part of the final tunnled helix. Kinda cool. Oh yea, the night ride was great! =) Drop Zone still down. Oh, on a work point, we are only allowed to have three people working at Three Point Challenge now....rumor has it something happened up at Cedar Point...I don't understand why it's affecting us, because it is hell with only 3 people workin. Had a bad ride on The Racer Read on, my friends! 7 Years later, and I think it's in its prime. Still tallest and Fastest....2nd longest wooden coaster? Some nice views of Top Gun now that SoB re-re opened. A combination of wood and steel. The station. I still **LOVE** the biohazard signs...eventhough it doesn't fit a theme. Still think it's odd how far the wheel covers come to the track.... Son of Beast....through the wood! The drop out of the station with some helix and part of the first big drop Blue train on Transfer Track....with random chick. Ughhhhh...I felt like I went through a level 5 earthquake, but then again i felt some strong forces, speed, and even some good airtime, but thennn...I thought my ear drums were going to explode at the begenning.....soooo .....WTF just happened to me?!?!??!?! Vortex was good! Though someone puked allllll over the first car, so they hosed it out and ran a ghost train for aboutttt an hour. :| See? Now it's nice and shiny. =) OH!! One BIG thing! Firehawk's red paint is already chipping off in 4 VERY notable places! The neon lime green is brightly showing! LOL!!!!

^Well, if that is the new program, it sucks. Usually my package doesn't hurt after the ride. Today it did. Sorry about the 'old' update.

So I am not sure if this has been going on for a while, but I rode TR:TR today. There was no movie and NO SOUNDTRACK during the ride! Also, instead of doing a flip into the hang over water, there was just a swing back into position...and it wasn't ever jets of water! It was water with maybe 4 red lights that were VERY dim. My overall opinion of TR:TR - DULL! Made me question if I was able to have anychildren in the future! Seriously, without the music....it's BORING! And confusing! Yay, it's open. Though I doubt anything ran today with all these storms!
