My prayers go out to all of those injured. On a funny note, I like how in the newscast they showed. It was showing areal footage of the train as the newscaster said, "The ride is closed today". I think its gonna be closed for a while their Copernicus.

Beast. I love how it slithers through the woods and stays low to the ground, rather than SOB. And as an added bonus to my decision I can actually enjoy The Beast, but on SOB I'm always wondering if I broke my back every time I ride it.

One of the ride ops on SOB today kept calling the ride, Beast/Firehawk/Diamondback. It was historically. At one point he said, "Welcome to...... uh.... where are we again?" and the station would yell.. "Son of Beast!".

Just thought I would post a quick TR. Went to the park with my school today. It was the last day so they took us all to KI at 10:00. They let students stay if they got picked up later in the day. Of course, I stayed until about 4:30. Around 3:00 everyone in my group left and I had the park to myself for an hour, so why not marathon Diamondback?! I got a total of 8 rides in an hour using the SRL. I was impressed when I noticed there was a security guard standing at the entrance of the SRL making sure only Single Riders(not referring to relationship status) were entering. I had almost no wait at all. I was very happy to see some type of security personnel over there. As well as another security guard watching for line jumpers. Over all I had a great day! Ride count for the day: DB: 8 Beast: 2 FOF: 1 Vortex: 1 SB3D: 1 Crpyt(clap trap): 1 SOB: 1 DT: 1 FD: 1

^ I agree. Vortex seems a lot better to me this year. The amount of pain that you recive on Vortex is based on where exactly you sit. As to SOB this is no smooth seat!

I was in line for the back row of AE, and the op goes. "How are you guyes".. and we reply back with a "good, you?" And he goes "Well, I had a headache so I asked if anyone had tylonal and this guy gave me enyzite". And I couldn't help but laugh! And he was all serious! Poor fella.

I recommend 2 days. Even if you just want to ride just the roller coasters. You might be able to ride everything in one day but just in case you don't, or you want to ride others again, there is always the pay once, visit twice package. It's a great deal.

I completely agree. It's sick. My girl friend spit her gum out on The Beast and I yelled at her. haha. HTCO, feels like its 'lets complain about KI week'

Wood or Steel dosen't matter to me. As long as it has great speed, a good layout and some airtime, I love it.
