Which coaster riding total is more impressive? It's up for KICentral to deside. This is a very hard to choose a side. 5,000 on Diamondback or 4,400 on The Beast. Hmmmmmm.......................... I'm gonna have to go with Carl on this one. My reasons for this is because The Beast lines moves slower and even back then im sure The Beast would beat you up. P.S. Has any one ever met either one? If i had, i think i would of had gotten on my hands and knee's and bowed. These guys are coaster gods.

I've been to HW tons of times on Labor Day Weekend. It get a decend crowd. The dry side is pretty much dead for 1 to 4 with walk ons on for the middle on the train on the coasters .

I'm hoping for another great wooden roller coaster, a steel roller coaster or a good flat ride. I think i would take the 3 woodies getting retracked and timberliners over any new ride tho, because the Voyage has became Son of Beast jr. It had me screaming in pain every turn yesterday . I rememeber when it was as smooth as glass back in 07.Smh those were the days. If the Voyage gets voted #1 woodie in the world this year i'm not going to be too happy. That belongs to El Toro. Yes the Voyage did cost 8.5 million, but that was back in 2005 and 2006. I bet it would at least cost 11 million today.

Haha this is a sad joke. Magic Mountain doesn't even have a Roller Coaster that goes over 300 feet. Sorry Superman whatever he is escaping from this time is not a roller coaster. Cedar Point is the Capital.

It's that time of year again for me to take my yearly pilgrimage to the holy city of Sandusky, OH for Cedar Point. This year i get to go on a week day. Yippie! I plan to go to the park on Thursday Aug. 11. I was wondering how long the lines would be for TTD, Maverick, and Millennium Force. Everytime i've been to CP the wait for those rides average about a 2 hour wait on a Saturday. It would be a great help if any of you old vets out there could give me advice on the wait times. I plan on ridding 14 of the 17 coasters maxair ,skyhawk and at least one reride on TTD, John McCain ( ok who gets it? think back to the 08 election) and millennium force. Thanks for the help!

I was thinking the other day what if you have a group of 3 and one person gets to ride twice. Here's how it would work.............. 2 people from the group broad the train as the one left behide would let 1 or 2 people go in front of him/her or if the coaster had 3 trains let 2 groups go ahead. As the 2 from the group that broaded arrive back in the station the one left behide broads the train and one of the 2 that have already ridden stays and rides with the one that hasn't ridden yet. I think some people or a ride op would get mad if they saw a group doing this . My thought is tho, if no one is going to sit there let the person have the seat and ride. I doubt i'm the first to think of this. Have any of you done this? i know of people who do something like this ( single Rider Bob) at Cedar Point. I think this is a great legal idea. Well at least in my book. I don't support line jumping at all, in fact i will yell at you for doing it. P.S. Who remembers 2 for tuesdays on The Beast!

Thanks guys! My family aren't coasters freaks like me so i was a little worried they wouldn't like it. ( Every year we go to Holiday World they like it less and less )

My family and I will be taking a vacation to the great state of Michigan. We plan to leave good old Avon, Indiana (about 20 minutes from Indy) on Sunday July 10 at 8:00 am. Our first Stop will be in Sliver lake Michigan, about 30 minutes from Michigan's Adventure. On Monday July 11 we plan to go to Michigan's Adventure. I am really looking forward to Shivering Timbers and Thunderhawk (i dont know why ). For those of you on here that have been to the park, i could really use your advice on the park. I was thinking the park would more than likely be dead. Is the water park any good? Is it worth getting up early in the morning or staying late? Thanks for your advice. I plan on having my FIRST PTR on here. Thanks!

Hopefully a steel coaster. I would love this, as would others. I always hear people trashing Holiday Wolrd for not having one. If it is a steel coaster, hopefully it goes upside down, people also hate that about HW, not having a roller coaster that goes upside down. I wouldn't mind another great wooden roller coaster tho. Yup, i've got high hopes for HW 2012

Speaking on a Cedar Fair as a whole note here........ I think Valley Fair, Worlds of Fun, Michigan's Adventure, Knott's and Wonderland deserve a Coaster or a major ride before KI gets one. Spread the money around.
