Banshee? I never knew that! Does anybody know why cp changed the name from Banshee to Mantis?

I saw that on FOF yesterday too. Also a ride op on Drop Tower yesterday would say check, cash , and credit while checking the seats.

Does anyone have a guess on how busy it will be this friday the 16th?

I really wonder what it would like to be a rider during the 2006 accident.Like if you could see your life flash before before you. I rode it two days before the accident(on friday, happened on sunday). The ride ran great. I wonder what really could have gone on wrong between friday and sunday. I really hate how we don't have very many details about that day. Does anyone know more?

well if i spent millions on someting and it didn't work right, i won't spend as much as it takes to fix it. Why waste money? I bought i car and a tire is flat, oh well i'll just buy a new car

Well, say what you like, but ki will never ever get rid of Son of Beast. Mark my words. This ride is too valuable to ki and with the new trains with voyage, i bet Son of Beast will get a pair of them for his tenth brithday.

Does anyone know why they changed the front of one train from red to yellow?

Sorry about the bad grammer, thats what texting will do to you. Why don't you guys stop worrying about tearing down sob and what they will put in it's place. How about keeping sob for those who like it(like me) and putting a new coaster in a different spot.

Do you think Kings Island looks at these forms? i think we sould strat like a protest if they tear it down.

i wish they would bring back the thmeing too. i love the picture with the eyes. i would really love some tunnels (at the bottom of the first drop and in the rose bowl,like his father.

Does anyone know what they did with the old trains? And was there 2 or 3 of them. i think in sob's earlyer years one of the cars had a red front instead of yellow. And what did they do with the loop?

i dont understand the color for 305, but i think Kings Island got ripped off by db compaired to 305

i have some advice for the next company to build a hyper woddie with a loop - use steel supports, i think the designers for Son of Beast had no idea of what they were doing. lol. my 8th grade science class could design i better hyper woddie, give me a breake, but i love the ride

The video for openning day makes me cry. I rode it when i was 5 in 2000. It is my favortie coaster at the park. I think it comes down to this, get retracked with a new design to the track,adjustments to the suports,and 3 not 2 new trains by GCI. If not its time to go. Short and sweet. p.s. how can you love roller coasters and hate sob?

one time when i was on it, some lady yelled Stop the ride! Stop the Ride! And they stop the ride. Turns out she was just playing. lol
