Paramount Kept the fireworks, so I don't see why Cedar Fair would stop them. Fireworks is and always has been a KI tradition.

I doubt it. Sounds to me as if GOld passes are only if you bought your pass at KI.

We don't know if the former Paramount Parks will be changing over to Pepsi at this time or not. Paramount Parks signed a new contract with Coke not too long before the sale to Cedar Fair, so it'll be interesting to find out if Cedar Fair has to continue with the contract or if it's now void that the parks been sold.

KI's announcement has been moved till February 5th, which is a week from Monday.

That would take a lot of work, as the took the stage out, and filled the area in with concrete, they even took the benches out.

Sounds good to me. Believe it or not, I like to go to each show at least once per year, sometimes more if it's a good show. Looks like 07 will be a blast.

I think Cedar Fair starting off on the right foot. I think our beloved park will be fine under Cedar Fair.

I have a feeling Kings Island will have lots of shows next season. Which is a good thing for sure. Last year was horrible, not the quality of the shows they had, but the lack of shows.

Maybe they are talking about Traditional Roller coaster with a chain lift. FoF and IJ are both steel but don't use a Chain Lift. But yeah the media never gets anything right.

Ummm good question, I would have to agree FoF was one of the best rides put in under Paramount. Paramount was still brave and put in new rides that were never done before. I do like Delirium too, but upset we lost a coaster for it.

I haven't gotten any call as of yet, but I'm sure it will take them awhile to get to everyone. Also this doesn't mean the SB movie will return, don't forget we still have NU for at least the next 4 years.

By plane yes, if you drive you can see get into Canada's without a passport. But this will change as soon as 2008.

They already started, land cleared, I'm sure that most if not all of the footings are done. Now they just have to wait for all the supports to arrive, and I'm sure this thing will go up fast. It sure hasn't taken long for it to come down.

Well that confirms the announcement won't take place until Monday 2/5/07. So we'll have to wait another week and a half. That's okay we already know LOL.

Bring a Friend Free Days are not listed as part of the perks (Gold Pass) so I'm wondering if BAFD's are a thing of the past.
