What roller coaster in your opinion had its best year ever? The Beast! What thrill ride in your opinion had its best year ever? Delirium it was nice to have it up and running all season, and running as good as it was in 2003. What was the best thing that happened this year at Kings Island? Cedar Fair take over. And winning the Golden Ticket for The Best Kids Area again. What restaurant had the best food? Hmmm I dont know. What crew/area was best? The Beast Crew for always pumping up the riders. "If your going ride The Beast Clap Your Hands" What show in 2006 was the best in your opinion? I'll have to go with Monster Bash, or Nick Parade. What change from 2005 to 2006 was the best? Hmmm other then Cedar Fair taking over, don't think any other changes were for the Best.

Awesome I've been wanting to actually see that again. I actually got more outta of it. It was kinda hard to watch the whole thing while in line.

You know the Gold Pass Perks don't even bother me that much. I hardly ever took advange of them. I did walk on weekends once this year, that was it. I was at the park 11 times in 2006. If only they would come up with some perks though for all pass holders, that we could actually use. Like food discounts.

Correct me if i'm wrong, wasn't Cedar Fair parking passes in the past, on the pass? I can already see they will be alot of complaints with the stickers this year. You never know when you have to drive another car to the park.

Yes they should direct you to a parking spot in the early morning hours, at least until noon. And also they should use both parking tolls everyday. It's so much easier if your coming in from the North to use the North Lot etc... I always hated turning on KI drive and having to drive all the way to the South Lot. It was so hard to make a right turn into the South lot. Hopefully that will change. But CBS made alot of cuts it seemed, maybe Cedar Fair will not have cut backs like CBS this year.

Top Gun actually doesn't look too bad from that view. For the power lines, I wonder why don't put them in the ground. It sure would look better.

I'm visiting Universal Orlando, during the second week of February, I can't wait. It should be fun.

No, those are work tents. They help protect the workers. They are redoing the track in those sections. * looks as if CoastersRZ was replying the same time as I was.

Nice pictures. Is it just me, or did the clearing get bigger? I looks weird seeing SOB's track end like that. Let hope they don't forget LOL.

Just my opinion, I believe we will get X-Flight and general park inprovements. Also I think if they are going to bulid X-Flight next to FoF, they should bulid a new restroom back there. The nearest one is all the way down by Vortex or back by Racer. I just wish KI would announce something soon, so we can stop of this bickering.

Now we don't know for sure if the P word is really leaving Kings Island. But I find it kinda strange, they would just all of the sudden start calling it Kings Island on there phone line.

What is the big secert? Why doesn't Kings Island just announce it already. We already know we have a good chance of getting X-Flight, and if we are not, a Major Thrill ride sounds nice. But i'm 99.9 % sure we are getting X-Flight.

X-Flight is a major thrill ride. I don't know why they don't just tell us. I can't wait until it finally comes out.

I can't see how it would cost the same. Yes you have to pay labor for the removal of the ride, and then pay to have the ride rebulit. But I doubt it's about the same price as buying a new coaster.

Okay guys, if you call Kings Island (1-800-288-0808), they are only refering to the park as Kings Island. No mention of the P word. There is not even a mention of it on any of the park information, season pass information or ticket prices or hours of operation, on the information line.

I'm sure Cedar Fair will address those problems. If they are not going to use that food stand then tear it down.

I just got another e-mail about 2007 season passes. In the e-mail is says: "Kings Island soars into its 35th Anniversary with more than 85 world-class rides and attractions, including world-record holding roller coasters, an award-winning children's area, 15-acre water park, and outstanding family musical productions. Enjoy all this and much more with your 2007 Season Passes!" Kings Island soars? Could this be a clue to X-Flight? Also glad to hear it mention "outstanding family musical productions". That sounds promising.

Guys I know this is sad news, but lets not start bashing Kings Island about this yet. I'm hoping that with the new trains the SOB will be very smooth and enjoyable. If we have to lose the loop for this, then so be it.
