Now I don't know how true this is, but I have a friend that works WWC and she said Diamondback was closed because there was a problem with a suport on the helix with the photo. She said that they had to repour a base for it and that was why it was shut down. Still, im not sure how true this is but its what i heard.

Hey guys, Just DB with a question reguarding the history of KI. I know that The Beast at one point in time had water beneath the station and first turn of the ride back in the 80s. But why and when did they drain the water? And is this the same water from the lake with the canoe ride? Thanks, DBI

I wouldn't mind seeing a B&M invert kinda like Raptor at CP. I really enjoy that ride.

I did a little snooping around on google and I couldn't find any Kings Island commercials but he also worked in advertising Kings Dominion. how come it doesn't have track phone?

Im really excited about this new wave pool and the beach volleyball courts. Didn't KI used to have a sand volleyball court? I think I remember seeing one there in the past.

what if ki got a shoot the rapids kind of ride? id be game for that! mostly because of my love for KCKC when i was a wee lad.

does anyone have any older ki park maps besides the ones i found on themeparkbrochures? im talking like 70s 80s and early 90s.

i consider it one because it runs on a track. (but then again so does the train) would you have considered bayern curve a coaster too?

hey guys does anyone know why knotts got a different colored WindSeeker than everyone else? and how come the original animation was normal with a k on top?

flight commander was like a short WindSeeker that you could turn upside down right?

hey guys, i was just reading a forum about past owners of ki and a question popped into my mind about the sell to Cedar Fair. when Kings Island was sold, were there any companies other than cf that were interested in purchasing pki?

Does anyone think that ki might be getting an even larger coaster than Diamondback just like leviathan? Canada's wonderland got behemoth in 08 and then ki got Diamondback the very next year. Will history repeat itself for leviathan and something at ki in 2013?!?!?!

I think ki would be better without smoking areas. Sadly, smokers are paying customers too...

I think that'd be pretty neat to inform park guests about the parks history.
