  1. @fanofFirehawk: I'll try! I went to CP once in high school, but never got to ride Maverick, Millenium Force, Magnum XL or Disaster Transport. All I know is I have to ride TTD! Last time I went, there was virtually no line and I rode it 4 times (that's as much as I could handle without a break).
  2. Haha thanks, I'll check it out! Definitely, I'll be sure to check them out! Lucky. Have fun!
  3. Hey, I'm new to KIC, so please forgive me if I posted in the wrong area. I'm heading to Sandusky on October 19th, but unfortunately, I'm only able to go to Cedar Point the 20th. I know they will probably be extremely packed that day, considering it'll be mid-October and a Saturday, so what attractions are a "must"? I definetely have to make time to ride TTD, but I plan to spend the rest of my time focusing completely on the haunted attractions. (this is my first trip to CP in six years! I'm stoked!)
  4. That sounds amazing! Oh well, I'm sure CP has plenty of other exciting haunts that I can try out.
  5. Thanks! No, I'm making my way up there this October though; I'm incredibly excited! What is Happy Jack's?
  6. I have really high hopes for this attraction! Halloween Haunt has always been pretty great, but I wish they could somehow re-establish the beginning scene of Urgent Scare. Speaking of which, did they completely shut down Dinosaurs Alive for this? I've never been to DA, but I figured it might interfere with Urgent Scare since they got rid of Spongebob 3D for it. Also, has anything been said about adding more roamers throughout the park? I unfortunately didnt go to HH last year, but in the past few years it seemed as if the number of roamers were getting scarcer and scarcer. Sorry if I got a bit off- track, I'm just pretty excited. 10 more days!
  7. The idea of a demented doll factory has always creeped me out, I would love to see that! For some reason these button eyes have always given me the heebie jeebies. http://www.darkinthedark.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/button-eyes-paul-pape.jpg One idea I've had is to put an old beat-up doll body under someone's head (much like Slaughter House does in one scene) and control the arms and legs of the doll with wires or some fine electronic work. :-) The "doll" could yell things such as, "Get out! Now, before it's too late!" Also, using fully-covering black contacts could be pretty neat in dark areas. The person wearing them could sit on a table lifelessly and wake up touching his/her face and say something along the lines of, "My eyes! Oh my god, my eyes!" Once you get to the toy maker's lab, you see body parts and blood everywhere. An open refrigerator reveals several Saran wrapped body parts. They could put flickering lights in the ceiling and make the room look/smell generally disgusting. I believe this would be a good place to stage a "story", much like they do at Haunted Hoochie and Land of Illusion. The doors all shut suddenly, and the toy maker enters behind you. (there could be several spots for him to come through, so he always ends up behind you.) A person laying on the lab table is revealed with an exposed heart and cotton all around it and stuck all over his body. (this can be done with pump-able fake heart and a lot of prosthetics for an open chest.) The toy maker does something to "shock" the victim and his heart begins to beat again. Heart beat sound effects are played at this time. The person freaks out and he has button eyes, his mouth is stitched shut, and his internal organs are all on the table next to him. Then, the door opens. Just a few ideas that I thought I'd share. :-) I love Halloween Haunt and everything about it, I'm so excited to be there on the 21st! By the way, I'm new to KICentral, so if the picture link doesn't work, please forgive me. :-)
