My home park is Wonderland and too be honest, the only place to get the best view is either near the front gate or the bridge in front of the mountain. You can also go to the sides of the pool and get a pretty good view (to see the entire pool you have go into the shrubs that line the fence of the pool), though your view anywhere can easily be blocked by anyone in front of you....and by all the trees that seem to hang sooooooo low.

I didn't film it....in fact...I wasn't even there (I'm going this weekend)!

This was wonderland's light show from last year after Starlight Spectacular ended.

Canada's Wonderland Starlight Spectacular

^Who said it wasn't permanent? -
This is the show at Wonderland that started this weekend. It is one of the most amazing shows I've every seen from Cedar Fair! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxfpFY5Tbsw

^^But doesn't the height seem kinda low...like really low for what we believe will be a big coaster? Also, I don't think I've ever seen a loop with supports like that... Oh, and there are/will be footers to the left that have completely been left out.

from rcdb.com this wouldn't even go under "unknown" yet? RCDB is not Screamscape...its a database that is supposed to only have reliable information that the public would also likely know about...not just enthusiasts. All there is at this point are footers....no track, hardly any teasers, no model known, and we can't be 100% sure that B&M is making this roller coaster. If you really want to push it further, how can we be sure that a roller coaster is also 100% being built? Footers mean absolutely nothing to the public.

Canada's Wonderland Starlight Spectacular

^Every night until August 31 -
Here's the video. It was cut/edited to only show the main parts about B&M as the episode was an hour long and wasn't just about B&M

The all new Starlight Spectacular began this weekend at Canada's Wonderland! One of the most amazing shows I've seen at a Cedar Fair park. I think this is what KI (along with the coaster) and KD should expect next year! For those that just want to watch the good parts.....well.....lets just say there are no bad parts! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxfpFY5Tbsw

I can't seem to find where a bunch of you were questioning if painting the fountain floor black would be a good decision but after you watch this video that will be the least of your worries. I think this what is in store for KI (along with the coaster) and KD next year.....enjoy! (This was at Canada's Wonderland) For those that just want to watch the good parts.....well.....lets just say there are no bad parts! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxfpFY5Tbsw

^there is spray paint on it and you can still see the welds...

There was a documentary (2006) about how B and M makes the track and part of the process is to let the track sit outside and rust (this has something to do with trying to find any defects). They then remove the rust, do a few ultrasounds and then paint. This article talks a bit about the process but doesn't mention the putting track outside part. http://newsplusnotes.blogspot.ca/2008/12/scott-carol-present.html?m=1

The track that's going to Europe is white with greenish supports. The green track went to China.

I know that. The whole reason why I said that was so we can see if its going to Heide Park (we know the code for that project) or another park.
-
^Did you snap a shot of the label?
-
I don't know....I said it was a guess. If they did file a permit for the track it should be in the permit documents (which it isn't). Also, why would they need a permit for track now (I know, it sounds crazy but I'm sure they can get the permit approved easily). They filled the footer one in March which was probably when they began digging.
-
^I'm just taking a guess at this but maybe they actually haven't filled a track permit yet....all their doing right now is the footers which they have a permit for....
-
I'm pretty sure the park has done ALL of the paperwork before they started on construction. Think about it... But wouldn't they still have to fill it to Mason? I've looked through every single permit since January 2012 and the only thing I found was the foundation permit......
-
Has anyone found it strange that the park still hasn't filled a permit from the track to be constructed?

For those wondering when Bolliger declined to comment.... Skip to 4:00

The trains are made in Switzerland....I just don't know if its B&M themselves who make them (since their in Switzerland).

I believe that piece of track is headed to China for Flying Over the Rainforest. Does B&M still make their parts for Asia at Clermont? Delirium (First giant Frisbee) Son of Beast (record breaker) Screamin' Demon (first Arrow launch coaster) How many of these were under the current regime at 1 Cedar Point Dr.?And on the "family experience" discussion, Ouimet: "There's not a lot in the middle... rides that parents are on with their kids, but not solely because of their kids... This is one we are about to roll out in multiple parks, where I know a parent will have at least as good of a time as their kids. And I think that's the sweet spot." (followed my some coughing, probably allergies or something) Calm down, have a little faith. The man at the helm is a genius in this industry. He knows what he is doing- be it a family ride, a new show, or a 400 ft. looping floorless wooden coaster. Trust the guys in charge, and if you are looking to truly have FUN and not looking to point out every little flaw you can find, you will not be disappointed. End rant. Flying Over The Rainforest was completed in December......that piece of track is probably damaged (samething that happened with Hair Raiser a few years ago...the track was sent back to Clermont)
