  1. Think about it guys. Diamondback had its own website. It was not a part of the KI website. That 2014 page was mind numbingly simple. Its almost impossible to accidentally make a web page view-able and open like that on mistake. Other than footers theres no evidence of an invert (correct me if im wrong). Don has hinted several times with the word wing. All this to say I believe the name of this POSSIBLE wing will be Banshee or possibly something we havent heard yet. I mean, what would owls, scarecrows, and Celtic graves have to do with bats? Also, many people associated the words bat and KI together with deaths they believe are true (obviously false).
  2. Itd be kinda pointless hahaha none the less cool though!
  3. completely agreed. i mean im not saying i believe fully its a wing but minus footers with amateur speculation there is no evidence to suggest an invert. Theres tons of evidence for a wing coaster on twitter alone.
  4. I think its funny how i got destroyed by some guys for saying just a couple days ago that wing coaster was still a possibility imo.
  5. No camping, remember?? no camping means you can't be a camper The Bat wep page that came up is the same colors of that sign. Are they related possibly?
  6. The Beast has audio on the lift hills. What do you mean concrete?
  7. That makes me believe that very possibly it could be in the top 10 inverts in the world for length
  8. has anyone driven by the welders recently to see if the flatbeds are gone yet?
  9. You're clearly forgetting this. Worlds steepest lift hill on a full circuit invert
  10. A world breaking coaster.Oh my, I knew some people didn't like Vortex, but I had no idea that it could... wow. What? Vortex was the tallest full circuit in the world and the first with 6 inversions. You may know this. Not sure what you were saying First with 6 inversions, yes, but...as for tallest, it was actually 2nd behind...http://rcdb.com/185.htm However, back then I could easily see this ride being overlooked, especially since it's in Canada. And it kind of "cheats" to boost its height by being built onto a hillside, where Vortex is "all lift hill". So perhaps it could be debated. Oddly enough, a similar situtaion exists now between 2 wing coasters- Cedar Point's Gatekeeper and Dollywood's Wild Eagle. Wild Eagle is actually taller, standing 210 feet in the air, but it's built on top of a large hill and only has a 135-foot drop. This picture shows this very well: Gatekeeper is "only" 170 feet tall, but it doesn't have any "terrain height boosting" at all, so it has a 164-foot drop and Cedar Point has "World's Tallest Wing Coaster" as one of Gatekeeper's record claims... A bit off-topic, but I felt like posting this. This is from Wikipedia. I know Wikipedia can't be trusted but kid of weird how it says this "Vortex debuted as the tallest, full-circuit roller coaster with the highest drop in the world. It was also the first to feature six inversions."
  11. A world breaking coaster.Oh my, I knew some people didn't like Vortex, but I had no idea that it could... wow. What? Vortex was the tallest full circuit in the world and the first with 6 inversions. You may know this. Not sure what you were saying Emphasis on "World breaking"Had the word "record" been placed in between them, the meaning of the sentence would be entirely different Oh I missed that! Oh well. Some newbies may not have known that about Vortex!
  12. A world breaking coaster.Oh my, I knew some people didn't like Vortex, but I had no idea that it could... wow. What? Vortex was the tallest full circuit in the world and the first with 6 inversions. You may know this. Not sure what you were saying
  13. Thanks man. Sorry too. Things are just a little difficult on a mobile.
  14. Reading my edit would also do
  15. Sorry I'm not a coaster genious guys... My bad.
  16. New tweet from KI. @KingsIslandPR: In the shadows of falling darkness, wings of the night creature await their silent signal from the moon. Makes me think of a wing coaster. EDIT: I'm a lil late lol
  17. OFF TOPIC What do you guys think happened to the old SOB Crate with the logo inside of it?
  18. i wish we had some new stuff to decode
  19. Thanks a bunch!
  20. I second that request
  21. i must say im getting excited. I love Coaster Wars and im glad this coaster should take part and be recognized around the world
  22. "Combs" on the grave stone? First thing that came to my mind was the silver combs KI sent out. Not saying its related but never know
  23. Actually, the Colts left Baltimore in 1984. There was Baltimore Colts through 1950 which folded. you get what i mean lol
  24. Defunct or not, it was still an extremely historic coaster. Historic for all the wrong reasons. KI is wise to distance themselves from any SoB association with the new ride. This is why it will most likely be from B&M who has a great track record of uptime & safety as opposed to Intamin. Imagine if KI did go with Intamin & the ride had to be "modified" a la: WT, Maverick or I-305 or have considerable downtime a la: TTD, KK, or WT? Park goers will immediately mention SoB in the confusion. Yes. Worlds tallest, fastest, and only looping wooden coaster is all the wrong reasons...you make no sence And how did that work out for them? Guys just listen to what im saying for a minute. Take a defunct NFL team for example. The Baltimore Colts were defunct in 1950 but does that make them no longer a part of NFL history? Same thing with SOB. SOB was a world recognized and known coaster. Im tired of everyone ragging on it
