1A. Diamondback 1B. The Beast (Only in the complete dark....after Fireworks...etc) To me it's a whole different ride in the front seat...in the pitch dark - Bugs will just warp your face/eyes...LOL 2. The Beast - All other times 3. Flight of Fear - Love the Launch....I prefer Rock'N Roller Coaster @ Hollywood Studios (Basically the same Ride) because the Theme/Neon Light/Music is AWESOME! After those 3....It's a tossup...I could nit-pick the rest...if I wanted to be super Anal... Vortex - Enjoy the ride....the loops....everything. However, I normally ride alone...and keep getting a nasty bruise on my elbow (from the headrest next to me) I'll figure it out! HA Firehawk - Uncomfortable for me...(I'm 5'9-175lbs) So, I don't want to know what it'd feel like for bigger males.... Racer - Used to love it...but it's destroyed my back the last few trips. On the hills it feels like I'm being slammed against a brick wall...when my back hits.... Adventure Express - Loved this as a kid, does nothing for me anymore. I like checking out the Construction...and still love the lift hill @ the end Backlot Stunt Coaster - Actually enjoy this quite a bit...more so @ night when the flames are really bright/neat in the dark. Flightdeck - way tooo short...however Iron Dragon was one of my first coasters as a kid @ Cedar Point...and Flightdeck reminds of so.... Invertiblows - LOL Frankly, I might put Drop Tower and WindSeeker after my top 3....nothing I enjoy more than a nice drinking buzz....followed by a giant ride from heights! HA I actually enjoy riding Beastie, Pirate Ship, Monster, Scrambler, Race for Your Life Charlie Brown w/ my 4 year old...as much as some of the others.... And can someone tell me....why the heck....my 4 year old cannot ride with me...on Dodge-Em? Like...seriously? He's going to be seatbelted in....and next to me...I just don't understand why he needs to be 48" to ride with me.... 48" for Beast, Vortex, Drop Tower, etc...but....need to be 48" for Bumper Cars? SMH....

Still scares me....but I keep riding it. Just for the initial fall....after the first second...or so...you are used to it...and it's just an easy trip down

I'm the same way. I've ridden Drop Tower but I really dont like it at all. but I could go up on the Eiffel Tower all day. I am the absolute opposite....I can do Drop Tower all day/night long...but as soon as I approach the outside of the cage/fence on top of Eiffel Tower...my knees shake! lol I like being strapped/secured in...when I'm 300 feet in the air

I do not know the answer to 'Kings Island opening on a Sunday' - I did however notice for the 1981 Bat spot/commercial...it advertises that The Bat will open on a Sunday.... For...what it's worth...

Mantis = B&M MF = Intamin I didnt get the comparison until now...LOL. I thought he was implying Ferrari as in the coaster. But, he was basically saying B&M =**** and Intamin = GOLD. Should have known with YoungStud, who's a walking Intamin Ad!

Ferrari is Formula Rossa.....right? the one that they give you glasses to wear in the front row....correct? 150mph and near 5 G's....off the launch....or some crude?

Could it be possible that 'The Bat' is the 2014 attraction....but...the 'Banshee' is one of the new 'Haunt attractions' who knows....should probably just stop the speculation... and start speculating on where they can create room for the Intamin GIGA in 2019

What type of coaster would these records even come close to breaking? not tall enough for the inverted record...and it isnt long enough either....correct? That layout does seem to destroy hopes of adding on with another coaster (Like Young Stud's Giga in 2019) with the rest of SoB's land. Unless they got rid of Flight Deck....etc

I'm on #TeamBat I just love the premise...and love the color scheme....(if those are even the colors) That could just be...because Halloween is approaching (Sort of) Just hearing 'fear' on un-educated people's voices when they still talk about how the 'Bat killed people' just gets me excited! That being said...who knows what is what... I do however remember that Jabroni who looked at the Blueprints for the Local News...predicting that it was a 'Winged Coaster' correct? just a fun thought/laugh... A Banshee is a Demon, who wanders earth....feeding on souls in great pain.... Maybe she's praying on the pain of the Son of Beast...from his demolition.. LOL PS: I would really dig...some speakers....that turn on at night...with a lady/girls scream....that are hiding in the woods/trees along the ride's track....but...that's just me! I dig themes!

I totally agree! a few weeks ago the blue racer was down....so it was continuous rides on the Red Racer. Not once do I remember my back feeling like it was hitting a wall of bricks...as we went over the hills....but when I got onto the blue racer recently...I got off of it....saying "good god, you just killed my back"

I dig the video... I only wish it was actually that dark in that area.... You could add strange noises and really create a neat theme behind the ride.... But, they have way too much light over in Action Zone :-( Then again, this ride should be headed away from Action Zone....Flight Deck is actually quite dark...as is Adventure Express...so maybe it would be

Hi Guys! I've been lurking for the last 100+ pages....you rock! Anyways, I know alot of you posted about the eyes looking very 'Son of Beast' ish... for some reason....when I looked at them... I thought of the Raptor @ Cedar Point...not sure why..... I would however think it would be cool to have a backstory or theme behind the coaster....something about what used to 'lay in it's place'
