I mentioned it in the fudge thread but I would like to see some diabetic friendly treats. They have included some Gluten Free options it would not be difficult to have a no sugar added or sugar free. This is one of my wishes for the park! They have at least one food vendor sell a no sugar added or a sugar free treat! I know there are many diabetics that go to the park and I for one would be willing to pay extra to have ice cream with my child or fudge! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have a question about that. Do they let the employee actually know a guest was pleased and keep up the good job? Is there an employee appreciation program within the park? I live 45 minutes away from park so have not stayed at any hotel except one, The Kirkwood. I loved it! It isn't a high dollar place but there is a historic house that they serve an amazing breakfast and a nice pool. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice. There is also is a nice little garden you can walk through. You can watch the park fireworks from the pool or balconies too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

This isn't a Gold/Platinum Pass perk but I really like the idea of the flash drives they are doing now for ride photos. You can utilize your pass discount to purchase the flash drive for around $20 (if I remember right) and then each picture after that will be $5.49 with your discount. We never bought pictures because one they are too pricy and two they usually ended up getting messed up. The flash drive and discount has solved the problem. In my opinion the only store worth anything is the glass blower. Every other sells the same thing as the other stores. My daughter buys one new t-shirt a year, as she likes to wear them at school but that's it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My daughter is 13 and as of right now she only goes to KI with me. I taught her that our phones go in our bag and our bag goes in a locker where needed. We have talked about it many times. She has witnessed older teenagers loose items on rides. She has stated "mom you never have to worry about me doing that because I value my iPhone too much"! It's the best I can do is teach her what is right and hope when she starts going with her friends she will influence them too. Line jumping ticks her off too.

This article is wonderfully written! Like you said NY Times coverage! For our little park is amazing! My daughter experienced something very similar on her first ride on Diamondback, crying up the first hill... In love by the end!

It is, I have MS and heat is bad plus my legs have been effected somewhat. I will not however ask for special treatment until absolutely need too. It's bad enough having a handicap placard. Not to mention I don't want my daughter "embarrassed" anymore than needed.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have to say that the Fast Lane has returned the joy of Kings Island to me. I have a health condition where getting over heated makes me ill. I can not stand in line for hours. I will gladly pay $75 a pass to able to go again!

At Cedar Point's Platinum Pass ride nights, riders were required to show their pass at the entrance each time they entered the line. The same was true with CoasterMania where the event lanyard had to be shown.I would imagine the same would be true here, requiring you to flash your Gold or Platinum Pass at the ride entrance each time. From what I have been told, that is the case. You will need to present your Gold or Platinum Season Pass in order to enter the line each time.If the park closes at 10 and the LRT start at 10:30 there will still be people in the park, correct? Will we get in line after them or use the the Fast Lane? I'm curious as I haven't been able to experience the night ride yet and this may be my daughter & I's only opportunity.

Does anyone know how this will work? How will they prevent general public from being in line? Also suggestions on how to get my name changed on here are welcome! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
