They do seem to be doin some sprucing up around the place. The redone front of the Haunted House looks really nice. There still is things that the really need to address, too. (Big wooden round fence where there 8 legged guy was, among other things.) Lookin forward to that cup of tea, though.

I don't know, and someone can correct me if I'm wrong. But I think they're having Armed Services days this weekend, where veterans get in free (which is awesome of KI). I would say it's probably gonna be packed. But I've never been on Memorial Day weekend to KI. Been 4th of July and Labor Day weekends and ya can't hardly get through Action Zone with the shoulder to shoulder traffic. Memorial Day weekend at Cedar Point last years was insane, where as Memorial Day itself wasn't to bad. I know that's not KI, just tryin to use it as a reference. Hope that helps just a little.

I very much look forward to it. Malem, I'm just not used to havin to keepin' up with people at the parks. Usually it's the other way around. I normally go pretty hard. After 3 days, that trip from Beast to Banshee done it.

So, is the $5,500 for insurance for the entire season? If not, and they get the money for this installment, that means even if do pay this premium, it will just come up again soon right? I hate to see any small, family oriented park go down. But, and just what I've read here, this really has dead horse written all over it.
