Guys, I used to be part of the KIC community back in the mid aughts. Took part in the get together when Firehawk was in its first season (at KI) and good ole 'Terpy and myself went round and round on SOB. I've lurked and read forums, but I'd like to say Orion has brought me back into the mix here on KIC! I'm excited!

I really enjoyed Killmart and Slaughterhouse. I hadn't been able to get to KI for a few years (life happened....) SO this year when I went, I was actully excited to get to Wolfpack to see how the old Son of Beast station was used. I also enjoyed the fact they took your picture at the begining of the haunt. Overall I have always enjoyed going to Fearfest in the old PKI days and Halloween Haunt.

I wore my Firehawk hoodie to Cedar Point this past October (had to get a first and final ride on Mantis) and was complemented all day by the ride ops and even a few guests. In fact the only person who seemed irked about it (other than the girl I went with because it drew more attention to us but alas that is a different story for a different day) was the waiter at the restaurant. (Forgive me I forget the name of the restaurant. It was near Raptor and sold famous (and overpriced/overrated IMHO) crab fries.)

For me, Diamondback seems to deliver the best ride when you are sitting at 4-2. Almost every other coaster in the park I will wait for the front car. Unless it is a slow day, then I mix and match. Back in 07 or 08 a buddy and I decided to sit in every seat on Vortex. It was a fun experiment!
