July 17, 200719 yr Is this only available online? Just asking because they are advertising it on the sign in front of the park but on the website, it looks like its an online offer. I have a pass, but a friend of mine is planning to go on Thursday and he doesn't have a pass. Thanks!
July 17, 200719 yr call Guest Relations (800) 288-0808. That is the best way to answer these types of questions.
July 17, 200719 yr You can buy Starlight admission tickets at the front gate. It's not an on-line special as far as I know. You just have to wait until 5:00pm I believe.
July 17, 200719 yr Author call Guest Relations (800) 288-0808. That is the best way to answer these types of questions. Thanks, I called and they can be purchased at the gate as well. On the website, it says "Check out the special online Starlight ticket and enjoy the park after 5PM for just $24.95 per person!
July 17, 200719 yr Which is better then 34.95 which was the price of Starlight admission, the funny part about it, the sale was supposed to end July 8th, they seem to have extended it for whatever reason.
July 17, 200719 yr lol or the fact that you can buy a full regular day ticket for 34.95 on the website now... whod buy a starlight ticket?
July 17, 200719 yr Somebody who wasn't going to get there until 5 anyway? Like someone who has a job, maybe! Or a layover in Cinci? Why spend ten more bucks than you have to?
July 18, 200719 yr I felt the ticket price for 5 hours in the park should have been cheaper then 10 dollars off the regular gate admission anyway. $24.95 is a much better deal in my opinion.
July 18, 200719 yr lol or the fact that you can buy a full regular day ticket for 34.95 on the website now... whod buy a starlight ticket? Also, don't forget, tickets on the website at 34.95 are NOT good until three days after purchase. No last minute buying online at that price.
May 9, 200818 yr Does anyone know if there is still Starlight admission this season and if it is still $24.95? Right now, that's only five dollars cheaper than a regular full day pass (29.99).
July 14, 200818 yr Kings Island is now offering starlight admission (after 5pm) for $15 through July 31 2008!
July 14, 200818 yr What with hard financial times, high fuel prices and consumer anxiety, I somehow doubt we will hear Mr. Kinzel utter the words "pricing integrity" again for quite some time....heck, I even wonder if he know realizes the importance of not understating in park pricing increases by claiming they, for instance, raised food prices by "a nickel or so."

Well, I may be wrong but I think you can go to a local Kroger (I've only gone to the one on Ingles Corner in middletown but I'm 90% sure it's all of them) and get a day pass for $30. You can use that at any time. So it's $5 extra for...7 extra hours in the park.
July 17, 200818 yr Except it's not. You replied to a post that was from LAST year! Starlight admission this year, at least until July 31, is fifteen dollars. See Rollercoast19's post 13 in this thread. You said Kroger passes in your area are $30, so it's fifteen more dollars for seven more hours in the park...
