jondrewfoo
note: dont attend on these days unless you plan on waiting in rediculous lines filled with uniformed little boys in scout uniforms. i still dont see what the hell scouts go to Kings Island for, its nothing to do with their survival skill type teachings. BoddaH1994
The 4th is the KIC event, but you won't have too much ride time those days if you do the tours and whatnot.
The Interpreter
Especially if you spend much time doing the whatnot! ...The Interpreter, known enjoyer of whatnot (but not the locomotion), running for his room

coasterville
Now lets not be too hastey here, I have attended the park on various scout days, mind you I usually see them in reference to Girl Scouts, and about the only change from normal is that there is usually a sales table udner the main gate for the scouts to get their event patch. In fact, in a prior TR I even noted how for a scout day, I noted the lack of attendees in scouting uniforms. I could be wrong, but I really don't see this as being that big a deal. Remember, everything's not about survival, remember the organization does also hope to instill social skills, doing the right thing and obeying authority and stuff like that. Just wondering why people are acting like this is such a bad thing???

Just wondering why people are acting like this is such a bad thing??? my main argument is that they crowd Kings Island all showing up those two weekend days, making them very crowded. im not against scouts, but them congregating at a public park on a weekend. they should have one group go at a time so they dont crowd the park... it would be much easier that way. PKIVortex
Simple chose another day to go. For the ones taking part in KIC day, its not going to matter anyway, as it's already been said, that they are not going to much time to ride anyway, if your taking part in every event. The Interpreter
People who venture forth to a theme park on a Summer Saturday know what to expect. And if they don't, they should.
