Lauch Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 I noticed the rides are in full effect over at the park today. I'm assuming this is a private event...any thoughts..info? Quote
derek9312 Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 The park is closed to the general public including season passholders until September 23rd because the park holds private company outings. (i believe thats right, someone say if i said something wrong) Quote
Lauch Posted September 8, 2007 Author Posted September 8, 2007 The park is closed to the general public including season passholders until September 23rd because of the park holding private company outings. (i believe thats right, someone say if i said something wrong) I'd love to know which company is having them. I would guess probably big Cincy companies, like P&G. I work for Sara Lee...and haven't heard anything, so I'm assuming we're not doing something like that. Quote
derek9312 Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 Some companies are the bigger companies and some of them are the smaller ones taht you may have never heard of because my neighbors company is on of the many that will have an outing and its a company that probably many people havnt heard of Quote
PKIVortex Posted September 8, 2007 Posted September 8, 2007 In the past this weekend was GE weekend. Next weekend should be P&G Weekend, and then the last Saturday they are closed to the GP and SP holders usually is Toyota day. The park will reopen on Sunday, September 23rd, from 10am till 8pm. tigellinus Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 ^^C'mon, Hauntguy....you're not really going to be that scary....right!?! Quote
CoastersRZ Posted September 9, 2007 Posted September 9, 2007 Yep, I can confirm that next weekend is P&G`s weekend at Kings Island. As my dad works for P&G, I will get to go to the park next weekend. Coney also gets in on the private company events as well. For instance, today Coney was only open to Children`s Hospital employees and their families (all 20,000 of them). Quote
