What about Intamins? Darien Lake has one in storage.. ;)

The chances of Cedar Fair buying that old thing from Darien Lake are about the same as the chances of them installing The Big Dipper from Geauga Lake at Kings Island in 2009 and calling it the big project...

I always thought that King Cobra (the ride) was actually pretty fun and painless. However, King Cobra (the wait) WAS painful- painfully slow :o

Iron Wolf at Six Flags Great America USED to be butter smooth- now it's a headbanger especially in the final sequence of FlatSpin(corkscrew) and final helix-twist to the end.

Mantis to me is fairly painless/ like Riddler's Revenge at Six Flags Magic Mountain.

I rode Chang a couple times and that seemed to be okay as well.

So, there's my .02

I don't have an issue with Stand Up's. I've rode King Cobra, Iron Wolf, and Chang, liked all 3 honestly, but I remember Chang being pretty painful. I don't see us getting one anytime soon, however, since Riddler's revenge was built like 10 years ago, and its pretty much the last one ever built.

Doesn't upset me though. I'd rather have something new and more modern. I don't miss the cobra much either. Honestly it was a pretty tame coaster. Small hills and one freaking inversion! after you get over the standing up part, you realize you could have more fun going to coney mall and riding The Vortex

Ummm, no. Georgia Scorcher, a, in my opinion, far superior coaster, opened after Riddler's Revenge. And that was the last B & M standup built. A fad whose time has passed....thankfully...

The last B&M was Georgia Scorcher. Out of all the coaster types, I like these the least.
