A Dropzone at PKI death?

I was reading at www.coasterforce.com that in 1999 there was a death at PKI on Dropzone. I know about the one in PGA or where ever that was also listed so it is not a typo. Does anyone know about what happened or if it is even true?

There was a death on a Intamin Drop Zone ride at PGA about 3 years ago and PKI's Drop Zone was closed for inspection. There was never a death on PKI's Drop Zone.
