Very interesting news. With the new building, I doubt that the corporate headquarters will be leaving Cedar Point anytime soon! And if I had to guess, I`d say chances are that they will not remove any attractions from Cedar Point to build the new corporate offices.

Using some of the "mainland" land that they own would make a lot of sense...

Since the Paramount acquisition the CF corp office has increased by about 20 people...I wonder how many people (total) were employed at the Paramount Parks corp office, and what kind of "synergies" the acquisition allowed at the corporate level?

This could actually open space up in the park through consolidation of many buildings located within the gates of the main park.

They could build a new building in the Eastern end of the peninsula before the parking toll booths.
