Alien Seed Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 Kings Island: Now with 30% less imagination! Kings Island: You can do alot worse! Kings Island: We're moving mountains...out of the park! Kings Island: The best in hollywo...nah just kidding, we did away with all that! Sorry none of these are positive, but bashing the park is so much more fun lol. Quote
The Interpreter Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 Kings Island: Reality Sucks! No mortgage or college tuition to worry about here!!! ...unless, of course, you choose to buy food or merchandise, in which case a home equity loan would be helpful! Quote
sam2cpa Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Kings Island: Only bring your wallet and not your family. We just want your money. Quote
The Interpreter Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 ...unless your family members also have wallets, in which case they can also come, with their money! A family and their money are soon parted! (In jest there is truth. Families spend much more than singles or even similarly sized groups of individuals, on the whole) Quote
Cory Butcher Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Kings Island: Every time a child cries, we sell some blue ice cream! It almost never fails, whenever I am visiting the park and walking through Nick U, there is almost always a parent buying their crying child some blue ice cream! Quote
CoastersNSich Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Kings Island: We've Got Big Wood! Kings Island: Even Guiliani Visited Us! (Aug 2007, Hannity Concert) Quote
The Interpreter Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Kings Island: We've Got Big Wood!..... Believe it or not, in recent years so-called family friendly Six Flags has sold t-shirts with that exact slogan on them....along with the likes of "Ride The Big Woody!" Quote
Cory Butcher Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Interpreter, Kings Island also has edgy shirts of that nature as well. I can't remember if they are in Attitudes or Thrill Seekers. The shop is in Coney Mall across from The Racer entrance though. They have many many shirts with suggestive coaster content! There are many Shaggy shirts speaking of the "munchies" which I suppose is relatively tame. Quote
The Interpreter Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Oh, I know....I just find it ironic that the parks sell shirts that they wouldn't let guests wear into the parks. There's something wrong with that model! I know for a fact that Six Flags has literally barred entry to people who were wearing suggestive apparel bought from.....Six Flags. Quote
Firehawk07 Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Kings Island: Where kids are our #1 guests! Kings Island: Where our food is better than our ride names! Kings Island: Where we love money, not our guests! Kings Island: Where we spend more money on shows than our rides! Kings Island: Bring your kids, so at least someone will have fun. Kings Island: Where you can have fun...Oh Wait! Kings Island: Have a great time at the movies...Oh Wait! Kings Island: Where you can spend money! Kings Island: Spend your money here! Quote
TOPGUN1993 Posted February 11, 2008 Posted February 11, 2008 Kings Island: Where our food is better than our ride names! That one made me laugh. Quote
NatiReds084 Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Kings Island: Based on our ride names did you expect us to think up a decent slogan. Quote
2BMasterofK.I._29 Posted February 12, 2008 Posted February 12, 2008 Kings Island: In "08" no good names came to mind, so no new ride will you find Kings Island: We couldn't name it, so we just didn't build it Kings Island: If we build it, they will come Kings Island: If you pay for it, we will build it Kings Island: If we build it, they will pay for it Kings Island: Price check on Flight Deck, Bob Kings Island: Which way will you go, on Invertigo Kings Island: Our Food is cheaper than College Kings Island: Clearance sale on all 07 food and candy Kings Island: Cedar Fair, That'll make you grow some hair Kings Island: Paramount Movies Right Across the Street! There are like 5 decent parks outside Kings Island within driving distance! That slogan would do better at like, Etlich Gardens! Puh-leeze tell me you are kidding. That miserable park is just miles from one of the most charming, wonderful small parks in the country...Lakeside...and before Elitches moved, you could actually see the lifthill of the other park's wooden coaster from either park...
