At UC, all the classroom spaces have sensors in them that can determine how many people are in a room, based on the carbon dioxide levels. This also allows for the thermostats to be adjusted in each room when no is in them, to save on energy costs. $15 million for a 5,000 square foot home is outrageously expensive!
