Wouldnt it be cool if Strickers Grove bought the land next to it and expanded to be a an Amusement park like Americana?They could buy some rides from Geauga Lake or Americana again or just buy some brand new rides.I miss Americana.

If Conneaut Lake ends up selling it's rides, I would love to see their tumblebug at strickers groove, but I hope Conneaut Lake can make it, but no likely

Stricker's does own those cornfields behind it I believe, will they ever expand to be like Americana? I doubt it. Would require quite a lot of money.

Maybe not in one fowl swoop, but I can certainly see them expanding one ride at a time for years so long as they can keep their picnic business.

The place can barely stay open anyway. How would it expand? The picnic business definitely wouldnt have enough revinue to support many more rides.

Evidence of their dwindling financial condition? I think a new ride and having an extra day to show appreciation to their customers for making the other public days so successful and highly attended are indications of the opposite.

...and constant refurbishment of the woodies, reinvestment in the park and ride acquisitions. I don't know why anyone would think the park was in dire straits....
