Video of the new ride

looks preety bad A$$ don't you think? You can change your ride experince from mild to wild and flip upside down. I wonder how long it would take before The Stratasphere in Las Vegas to get one of these nifty rides. I hope KI can get it's hands on one.

Nevermind, not quite what I was thinking of. But it's still the same basic idea. It would be awesome to have one at KI :) Maybe tear down that go-kart ride in the Action Zone and replace it.

Or the Chance Aviator at Kings Dominion, though perhaps actually fun...Chance Aviators are perhaps the most visually stunning but spectacularly boring flat rides ever made!

I'd have a blast going on something like that. I really wish CF would pay the money to put that in XD

I haven't ridden the Aviator, but having read up on it, it looks like the experience would be similar to that of Zephyr, only much higher off the ground, and without the 'tilt'. This thing rcfreak339 posted seems a lot more thrilling.

rcfreak, that looks like an insane ride. Wouldn't mind getting one of those!

I totally agree, they have one at Kemah Boardwalk... i thought it would be some what thrilling, but i was wanting off cause it was wasting my time.

That looks nutz but too much spinning for me.

You don't have to flip upside down or spin its your own ride exsperince and makes the ride fun. You flip yourself upside down by pushing side to side.

Dude KI had a ride like that, Flight Commander, especially if you control it, that won't be coming to KI again I don't think. I wouldn't ride it, no way!

Well, saying that ride is like Flight Commander is kind of like saying Vortex is like Roller Skater at Kentucky Kingdom. Yes, that ride and Flight Commander are both flat rides that you have some control over, but there is a tremendous difference in the ride experiences. I can tell that merely by viewing the video...and comparing it to my memories of riding Flight Commander....which was, quite frankly, nothing special...even back in the day.

I would say that if KI did get one of those Sky Roller's then i am guessing it would be a pay-per ride attraction. It does look nutz though.

Flying Eagles on steroids. I would ride it :)
