I get $2 off just by ordering a free Getaway Guide from Cedar Point's website. It also includes tons of discount tickets, and coupons! I recommend ordering one!

Not that I know of, but then again, I haven't been paying much attention.

The parks really haven't done a very good job at all of promoting what the platinum benefits are (and aren't), in my opinion.
