The Interpreter
This reflects an economy that will impact Ohio parks: http://www.businessweek.com/ap/financialnews/D953ED100.htm
CoastersRZ
It will certainly be interesting to see what impact this ends up having on the parks. Don`t forget to add in the fact that Ohio`s minimum wage increases effective January 1st from $7.00 an hour to $7.30 an hour for non-tipped employees. I know that Coney has raised its admission prices some for the 2009 season, in part due to the higher minimum wage rate, and also in part due to one of the largest investments at Sunlite Pool in several decades. tigellinus
And yet, Indiana is holding it's own...hmmm...wouldn't have anything to do with OH's gov-ner now would it!?! While there have been some blunders, Daniels has definitely helped my state!!
Cory Butcher
Ohio just got a new governor not to long ago. Things take a while to change.
