The Interpreter
The original headline, before I rephrased it for those of us who speak American English: Alton Towers Corkscrew ends up in family's back garden: http://www.thisisstaffordshire.co.uk/news/...il/article.html

Monroe
That was a really fun corkscrew ride and I will miss it, lots of turns and a tight corkscrew. The most important part of that article was this paragraph: "The proceeds of the sale are being donated to Merlin's Magic Wand children's charity to help pay for holidays for seriously ill, disabled or disadvantaged youngsters." Alton Tower's lives up to their good name again. (Although I think they can use a little wood, but I will not hold that against them.)
