Now how does the availability for a doctor work in conjunction with being on call at the hospital?? I mean, I won't be silly enough to ask about availability conflicts for attorney's...trial dates can be pushed back, after all!! (so those attorney's can then push the buttons on Flight Deck's "operator's table"!)

I cannot imagine any judge allowing a trial to be postponed as one of the counsels had conflicting work assignments at Carowinds. In fact, I'd love to be in the public gallery to watch that motion be heard.
