Avatar
I guess I will be seeing you there too! We had no plans to go to Universal this year during our fall trip but free tickets, yeah we'll be there and will spend some of our vacation money while there to show our appreciation. Kawana
I would try, but since there's no way I'm getting near Fla this year, I'll let someone else win.
UncleHenry
Me and KI Man are planning on going down together some time this year, hence the asking if others had won.
Kawana
Me and KI Man are planning on going down together some time this year, hence the asking if others had won. I figured you all got tickets, I was just saying that because a trip to Florida is not in my immediate plans, I didn't enter or even visit the site. kittenpooh
congrats and enjoy your time in Fla!!
XGatorHead 8904
I wasn't one of the first 10,000, but I did enter for a chance to win one anyway since they are still giving away a trip a day in February. I also entered a similar sweepstakes for WDW/DL. For that one, unlike Universal's, you can enter once each day in February, and they are giving away five 5 day/4 night trips for 4 people that include resort room, airfare, character dining, photopass, VIP Tour Guide and many other nice extras. Avatar
Good Luck XGator. I had entered to win the Disney trip too, as Disney has several things going to ramp up there reservation. A new Disney contest entry that was e-mailed to me last night offers 3 vacations over three years. So if you want to see the details and enter that one just follow the link below. http://family.go.com/sweeps/family-vacatio...FOB_DVCSweeps09 Disney today expanded their pay for 4 and get 3 free promotion to August 15 ( which usually mean check in by 8/15) I have received two offers from Disney by e-mail last week to give me free dinning if we check in between August 16 and October 1. We are already booked with that same deal back in September our dates are from September 26 – October 11. the e-mail is code sensitive (meaning my name has to be tied to the reservation) or I would offer it to anyone here. I think the Free dinning is the best deal for Value and Moderate resorts and you can pick the length of stay from 3-14 nights. The 4/3 deal is a 7 day deal. I truly think the free dinning promotion will be available to everyone in late March or early April (I'll let you know) the only difference is they usually shorten the offer by one week on both ends. Example August 23 – September 24 If anyone is thinking about going to Orlando and can afford it this year with the economy, this year looks to be the best as far as doing it on the cheep. Airfare, resorts and gate tickets are being offered at some of the lowest prices we have seen in a long time.
CoastersRZ
And keep in mind that Delta just announced that they are lowering airfares out of the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport.
XGatorHead 8904
Avatar, thanks for the info on the other Disney sweepstakes. I had checked my email yesterday afternoon after I posted in this topic and had the email about that drawing too, so I had already entered by the time I saw your post. For anyone interested, here's the link to the first Disney sweepstakes I referred to, for the 5 day/4 night giveaway. http://home.disney.go.com/parks/dreams/?cm...magcel_fob_Extl There's only one catch...if you win and I don't, you have to take Mrs. Gator, GatorGirl and me as 3 of your 4 people!
