March 8, 200917 yr whats the longest ride youve ever ridden? And i mean by that is how long was the ride.
March 8, 200917 yr The train at Silverwood...easily 20 minutes or more...if you mean timewise and in a park!
March 8, 200917 yr I would have to say the Train (I forget its official name) at Kings Island. After that would be The Beast
March 8, 200917 yr I would have to say the Train (I forget its official name) at Kings Island. After that would be The Beast Kings Island and Miami Valley Railroad (I think) Yeah, that's the longest for me too. Longest roller coaster, The Beast.
March 8, 200917 yr I would have to say the Train (I forget its official name) at Kings Island. After that would be The Beast Kings Island and Miami Valley Railroad (I think) Yeah, that's the longest for me too. Longest roller coaster, The Beast. Thanks! I thought that was it but I wasn't sure.
March 8, 200917 yr Well the title says the longest ride you have ridden, so just about every coaster around is out if you have at least rode Scooby-Doo Haunted Castle. I think the longest ride I have ever ridden is Universe of Energy at EPCOT which has a listed ride duration of 40 minutes, but seemed much longer.
March 8, 200917 yr I've ridden that, too; but didn't remember it being thaaaat long! The train at Silverwood was far more pleasurable, at least for me. The Ghost Town In The Sky train was interminably slow, and seemed like it took forever, but it didn't.
March 8, 200917 yr You were probably sleeping like most who started to ride that attraction midday to get a cool quick nap in. In truth it was not bad to do once and now to be able to say I rode one of the longest rides ever built. It was at least that long while some list the time at 45 minutes I went with the Wiki and kept it a conservative 40 minuets. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universe_of_Energy If we are going to keep this to Kings Island then I would have to say the old train ride when it was used to shuttle guests through various old west scenes while actors interacted with those scenes.
March 9, 200917 yr Could that include being stuck on Pirates of the Carribean for 40 minutes of yo ho ho-ing?
March 10, 200917 yr You forgot the Ellen time warp effect on the Universe of Energy. However, it is a good way to get your kids to take a nap!
March 10, 200917 yr ^ At MK, we use Hall of Presidents for that. It worked the first two years, but not this past year. And at Epcot two years ago, we thought to use Universe of Energy for naptime. She started to doze off, but then we got to the dinosaurs and that woke her up again! In a good way; she wasn't afraid of them, she liked them.
March 13, 200917 yr I didnt know you could ride a line Skaterboy22101 – I am sorry, but I do not understand what your saying. I went back to read everybody's post and the title of the thread but evidently I must have missed something.
March 13, 200917 yr Could that include being stuck on Pirates of the Carribean for 40 minutes of yo ho ho-ing? At least it wasn't It's a Small World. I get off of that ride and can't get that song out of my head for months.
March 13, 200917 yr Heck I dont know probaly a plane ride to flordia. It was like 2 hours and 15 minutes.
March 13, 200917 yr The Beast. My longest non-amusement ride: Frankfurt, Germany to Dallas-Ft. Worth Texas. 10 Hours...coach! And that was a connecting flight! (I was traveling from Izmir, Turkey to Great Falls, Montana.)
March 14, 200917 yr I didnt know you could ride a line Skaterboy22101 – I am sorry, but I do not understand what your saying. I went back to read everybody's post and the title of the thread but evidently I must have missed something. Haha, I miss read the topic title. I thought it said Whats the Longest Line you have Ridden.
March 29, 200917 yr Far as actual length and time wise I would say The Beast. but here's a little joke. I felt like the longest ride I've ever been on are those Sportacopters in Nickelodeon Universe. I had to ride in them with my younger cousins and I felt like I could have taken an nap, awakened and it would still be moving at a snails pace
