I forgot to mention that I got my very first taste of blue ice cream Saturday (yes, I know I'm late on that one). I got blueberry swirled with vanilla.. all I have to say is YUM-MY. Totally worth the ice cream headache.

Even though I was operating under basically no sleep on Saturday, I do distinctly remember that you were eating ice cream when I saw you near the Coney Mall sign and this was, I guess, when I officially met you for the first time. It was great to meet you and I'm glad you liked your ice cream. I had no idea at the time that it was your first ever blueberry ice cream experience.

Never tried the blue ice cream but love the chocolate soft serve. No one makes soft serve, in my opinion, like KI. My dad used to love the soft serve cones at KI and old coney and everytime I have a soft serve I have such warm memories of him.
