Spot-on Terp, as usual. Most folks don't know how much stuff rides in the bellies of airliners besides luggage. 9/11 had a huge impact on our economy.

I didn't think you were. But the impact it had was stark. Our country changed in many ways, both good and bad.

Maybe now Kings Island will change the area to a dedication to their lost rides...... Son of Beast, Screamin Demon, The Bat, Flying Eagles, The Crypt, Etc.

The least they could do is make it more friendly, parents take their tired kids and baby strollers there for a rest.

Move the ashtrays to one or two benches way over in an alcove and put running water and fish in the ponds, maybe alter the security fences around the water and bridge to something not so gothic.

I really like the idea about putting stuff about old KI rides there!!!
