This is probably false but my Cross Country coach told me not to buy nike shox, because they put a lot of tension in your knees causing knee problems...

I had Nike Shox one summer and they completely fell apart, especially where that plate under the shox meets the front sole. Out of curiosity I cut through one of the shox to see what was in it and guess what I found... Nothing its jut a hollow hunk of rubber no springs or any other fancy technology.

I think these are a marketing gimmick and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Of course that was just my experience. Hope you enjoy yours TTD 120 420.

haha ya..they say that shox absorb, but they dont...they actuslly screw up your knees.

i got a beat up pair of vans slip-ons for my flat and box-like feet

yes my new vans came in to replace my old ones...

rotag, pondering how long this pair will last.

old Teva sandals I own with heel strap or newer Ecco sandals also with heel strap...but mostly Tevas.

NICE!! i love tevas! they are so comfortable
