I will keep this TP short.

Had a great time at KI yesterday. We were there from the start of ERT till after the fireworks. The park was quite busy but we still managed a decent ride count.

SOB was still down, Invertigo was down most of the day when we did see them test a train around 7 PM but we never made it back over to see if they ever opened it. Diamond back was acting up too. I think the issue was with the lift chain as we saw a maintenance worker on top of the lift hill and in the cage where the chain returns toward the station. We still got 5 DB rides though.

THe highligt of the day was riding in the front row of the last train out. There were only 4 people left in the station so a ride op also jumped on. I was suprised that they did not let the guests that were on the train when it came into the station re-ride. (is this because they want an accurate 1st year rider count?) Diamondback seems quite different at night expecially after closing when there is very little lite anywhere on the ride.

This was a great ending to my best ever Father's Day.
