The Chinese restaurant on International Street was leased to an operator, who at first did very well and had splendid food, served cafeteria style (it was not a buffet). As costs were examined, apparently the operator decided to lower food costs and the decline in quality was very noticeable. As fewer customers came back, the quality was lowered again. It soon closed.
