KI Kevin
Okay so I think this changed maybe a month ago. I use a few computers to get on here. One has Windows Vista, and the other has XP. On the XP one, in a thread, there were just posts as you scrolled down. On the Vista computer, there would be the first post, and if you scrolled down, then there would be a list of posts with the first few words, and you could click on one if you wanted to read it. I really liked the layout of the Vista version. However, recently the Vista computer changed over to the layout of the XP forum: just posts as you scrolled down. Any chance of bringing this back? Anyone have an idea of what I'm talking about?
CedarPointer
Go to the "Options" dropdown above the first post in a thread, in the same bar as the title. Then click the Go To: Outline button.
KI Kevin
Ah... Thanks! And here I was thinking it was some sort of thing between Vista and XP...but I don't remember ever clicking that. I feel like an idiot right now, haha. CincyMan98
I have Vista and there's nothing like that with mine.......
The Interpreter
Yes, there is. It's in the forum itself. As was said, in the first post in a thread, go look to the right side of the title bar. That's right above the first poster's name. Click options. The bottom three in the drop down (Display Modes) will let you select between linear+, outline and standard. It has NOTHING to do with what operating system your computer has. KI FANATIC 37
I don't see the difference between Linear and Standard?
