September 27, 200916 yr Author I wish there had been more footage of Hanna Barbara Land, but it is great to watch
September 27, 200916 yr Ohhh, i will have to watch, however i dont know if i will be home at the time. I will just have to see how thing turn out.
September 27, 200916 yr Also known as continuity...which isn't the bestest in the world, but it was television! Indeed, even some very expensive movies have some hysterical continuity mistakes!
September 27, 200916 yr ^I agree. The continuity errors don't make me love this Brady episode any less, in fact it makes me love it more.
September 27, 200916 yr OHMYGOSH. I'm recording it! I've been waiting to see it in it's enirety for a long long time!
September 27, 200916 yr I'm watching Brady Bunch right now, I can't wait to see the KI episode again. I haven't seen it in many years!
September 27, 200916 yr I'm recording it now. I can't wait to watch it, having seen them ride Racer in 2008 it just seems right to see them ride racer 35 years ago.
September 27, 200916 yr I just set it to record the second I saw this post thanks Raptor. Double-check your timer settings. The episodes are not starting exactly on the hour or half-hour. Mike B.
September 27, 200916 yr Oh wow! XD That was interesting to see! I didn't know The Racer was painted like that!
September 27, 200916 yr I'm sure glad I went to record it right at about 3:17, right before it actually started. That run at the end did seem a bit unrealistic considering they ran from about where The Beast is, all the way to the front and passed Coney Mall.
September 27, 200916 yr Author The Wheel of Fortune ride looked cool. Still looks like that, with the name changed to Casino as it makes it's home at Delgrosso's Park in Tipton, PA
September 27, 200916 yr ^Nice find! I turned it on at 3:30 and it seemed about half way through, but it was nice seeing all those older rides (No offence to Terpy! ).
September 27, 200916 yr I'm sure glad I went to record it right at about 3:17, right before it actually started. That run at the end did seem a bit unrealistic considering they ran from about where The Beast is, all the way to the front and passed Coney Mall. It should have been almost a hop, skip and a jump to the front of the park to get those plans to Mr. Brady. Of course, they never tell you the name of the park in the episode, they simply say an amusement park in Cincinnati. I guess that can give them some artistic license.
September 27, 200916 yr The Wheel of Fortune ride looked cool. That was the old Cloud Nine ride from Coney.
September 27, 200916 yr I just now got home from work but, have no fear as I did not miss this episode, nor did I record it. I actually have the entire Brady Bunch Seasons 1-5 on DVD, yes the big shag rug box. I watch it from time to time when I feel a bit of nostalgia come on, which is right now. I might watch all of season 5 while I'm at it.
September 27, 200916 yr Interpreter, what was it like growing up a boy genius? I wouldn't know. Ask Dave Althoff, Jr., or, for that matter, at least one of the moderators here, who graduated first in his class in a very difficult masters program!
September 27, 200916 yr Aw crud, and I missed it. I haven't seen it in its entirety in about 10 years. At least not on a big screen. A heads-up while I'm at it, for anyone looking for this episode it's in the Brady Bunch season 5 box set. The episode is also up on Youtube.
September 27, 200916 yr Ive never seen it. It looked good, but was very unrealistic at times. Standing next to the antique cars? Then when they were passing off the things, 2 different people ran thorugh international street.
September 28, 200916 yr Interpreter, what was it like growing up a boy genius? I wouldn't know. Ask Dave Althoff, Jr., or, for that matter, at least one of the moderators here, who graduated first in his class in a very difficult masters program! Does Dave post here? I know him very well (he works at the college I went to), but I've never seen him post here.
