With the exception of turing one of The Racers' trains backwards, I can't think of another time when they've modified a ride to change the riders' experience. Like CYong said, too much time, too much effort... plus it would be hard to push it as a new ride when it came to advertising it.

I don't believe that anyone has said that DZ seats were going to be changed or considered for a change. I simply stated that I had heard before the 2003 season began that PKI was going to change the seats to tilted ones. Does anyone read these threads before they post?

Ok, coming from the Drop Zone guy himself: Bottom line the tower is 315 ft. and the drop is 264 ft. Eiffel Tower is 314 ft. WOW Drop Zone beats it by the one foot because of the little tower on top! Thats the bottom line of this whole topic! Done. Said. Move along to another topic and lay off my ride!

What about changing the seats on FOF?

True, very true... I was just thinking more along the lines of track layout, etc. Although FoF is 10000x better new because of the new restraints, it really doesn't entirely change the ride experience. I mean, it's much more comfortable now, and you feel like you have more freedom, but it's still the same ride.
