bkroz
This may remind some of a by-gone era of Schick Quatros... It seems Six Flags has opted to advertise ride sponsorships in an old favorite medium: Stride Gum advertisement on El Toro. At Saint Louis, Ninja has recieved the same Stride Gum overhaul. Advertisement for the new Karate Kid movie adorning the catch-car of Kingda Ka. And the Georgia Scortcher recieved newly-painted blue trains to advertise the ride's sponsor, Georgia Natural Gas. But, at least that makes sense... More than Stride Gum on El Toro! I'm sure these aren't the only changes made, and won't be the last. I wanted to post this because I know how many here feel about these advertisements, and it's also nice to note that far, far worse could've happened to the Backlot trains, or even to The Beast... The Interpreter
A coaster train with advertisements is better than a closed park.
shark6495
A coaster train with advertisements is better than a closed park. agreed, i couldnt care less what the trains look like if my options were "sponsored rides or closed park"
Coney Islander
I agree with the interpreter right there and wouldn't mind if Cedar Fair were to do the same thing in order to pay back some of their debts. If I owned an amusement park and the park (or in this case, company) was having economic problems, I would do the same thing. That being said, Cedar Fair, PLEASE don't paint the coaster trains bright orange. Anything but THAT.
KI Kevin
Don't forget Mind Bender at SFoG advertising some sort of hair product, I think.
DropZone99
^Not in 2010. In 2009 or 2008 it did. Well actually it's queue line has about 387,028,183,297 Stride Gum signs, but the trains aren't advertised.

CedarPointer
At least they're not obsessing about their guest's buns, or whatever the Miracle Whip ads were last year...
