I noticed on www.visitkingsisland.com, that Slingshot is still missing. It never showed up when it was pki.com, or on the website before the CP-esque overhaul. Why has it never been on the ride list?

I went to visitkingsisland.com and then I saw a search engine too the far right of the web page, I then typed in Sling Shot and sure enough something shot up

I'd say it was installed thinking it wouldn't last all that long, and not be all that popular (not unlike the helicopter rides ended up being). It must be profitable, or it would not still be there...

I'm sure the lower prices earlier in the day help with that as well. I for one have never had an urge to pay $20 to ride it, but was quite eager to pay $5 to ride it this past Saturday (it was the first time I actually remembered to buy a ticket before the price went up to $15 or $20).
