DUE TO A SEVERE STORM, THE PARK WILL BE CLOSED SATURDAY MAY 22. If you purchased our online 2 for $25 Opening Weekend Admission Ticket, you may use that ticket anytime this summer the park is open to the public and it will be honored.

I heard about his last night on the news. What they reported was that there was damaged as a result of a lightening strike. Just more evidence that KI closing early was the right thing to do.

The park did reopen yesterday. I heard on the news that they closed Saturday because the storms Friday night caused a lot of sand and mulch to end up in the pools, so they had to clean them before they could open them.
