new flat ride at KI

Featured Replies

there is no way i would have left a line-less skyhawk for a ride on maverick.

oh, how i despise that ride. :P

All are good options, but I would pick S&S Screamin' Swing instead of any of those.

I would NOT mind if KI got a Screamin' Swing, Jump2, Tilt-a-Whirl, and a B&M Invert (plus a GG Hyper Woodie if SOB cannot be fixed) for 2012. That would be some 40th Anniversary! Though it might be quite expensive...

I'm sure they could get at least five family friendly flat rides for the price of one Screamin' Swing...

I'm also sure that five family friendly flat rides would be much more marketable than one Screamin' Swing.

So why is it that today's Cedar Fair would consider only the latter?

TILT-A-WHIRL!!

They need to put a nice Tilt-A-whirl in the Coney section. One on par with the one at Cedar Point. It is one of the best TAW I have been on.

I could ride a good Tilt-a-whirl all day....lol

I'm with you

Whenever I'm at the park I like to ask several workers about rumors they've heard for new rides. Last night, a worker told me that a "flat thrill ride" was being added next year. We'll see if it turns out to be true. In addition to all the ideas for flats that others have mentioned, I'd like to see KI add a Vekoma Madhouse. Here's the link to it:
